The 40 minute car ride was nice , but wouldn't recommend the shop unless you're a fan of car rides.

Nice older man running the shop,nice Grandpa type. He was very friendly and helpful! Worth the trip to Pillager!

This was a once great antique store now out of business.

Great food but short handed and one of our orders was not complete. Felt sorry for the ladies working SO hard so didnt mention the shortage. Thankfully we weren't in a huge rush.

They have three store fronts full of antiques and knic knacs , but no one was at any of them and this was at 2pm on a Thursday , there was a note in the main store front, with a couple numbers which I called and spoke to a very nice lady who said she was the owner , and she then said her son would handle any business I had , proceeded to speak to her son who asked if basically asked I was going to spend any money, I said I like to look over their stock and see if there was anything I needed for some of my clients as I recently picked up the antique bug again. I used to collect with my father and after his passing left me with many treasures to keep and some to trade and share, so basically I keep some item always on me ( like half my Yukon, lol )anyway or if they maybe interested in any of my antique rare vintage items, to buy , or trade, he then said he could come to the store soon but I would be a little hard to get there right then and said that 2 hours later at 4 pm would be much easier to commit to a meeting which I agreed , so I had a few other appointments so I went about my route. Around 4:08pm the son called and said his car wouldn't start and could we reschedule , so that's 3 reschedules in less than 3 hours, so I said sure, assuming there would be another reschedule ahead in my future, but I did come up on that Saturday and no one was there, now I guess maybe I caught him on a bad week, but I have noticed that most antique shops in this region pick and choose weird shop hours, or just notes with phone numbers in them, seems to me empty shop would leave one with empty pockets, also another thing I've noticed is either some shops want the items they buy to be in perfect condition, uhm they are antiques they aren't always in perfect condition they are old, its as if you are selling to them your things are dime a dozen and not worth anything , but the same item in their hands is priceless, sorry about the rant , but this has been the norm it seems as I have expericed with some shops, not this one though as I never actually met anyone in person.
