Crow Wing Power

We experienced a serious thunderstorm with strong winds that took down legacy trees all around us on Adney Lake. Power lines were down and poles broken. Although I don’t like being without the convenience of electricity. And I don’t have a generator so was worried about food spoilage after nearly 48 hours, I am grateful to have power back and that all utility and tree workers are safe. Thank you Crow Wing Power!

I am grateful for the hard work and long hours the crow wing power employees have put forth in the last few days with this memorial week storm we've had. Their dedication to all of us deserve our thanks and admiration.

I think CWP is great. I've been a member since 1982 and they have provided great customer service. I just got off the phone after asking them to look up something purchased from them in 1986, and Brad and Mark were both extremely helpful.

Several times in the last few years storms have caused power outages at my house. Crow wing power was always prompt at working hard to restore our power, even on Christmas evening one time after a large snowstorm.

Just called to get our billing address changed. Both the receptionist and the person in the billing department were remarkably cheerful and helpful.

Please take all of those advertisements off the greeting recording when trying to call in. Not only was I cut off after the third one but what if it was an emergency?

This power company is not prepared to work on emergency winter situations. I am disabled and need power to heat my home the temps have dropped to 25 degrees and it's 42 degrees in my home. My power has been out for over 24 hrs and the last 8 hours the automated call system tells me the same 6048 meters are out of power can't speak to a human at all. These rea power companies should get replaced by a better more organized company it's a life and death situation here ininnesota winter!! Now they are overcharging for power leaving poor people no money for food and gas this power company is unacceptable what crooks.

Rude customer service! When emergency cannot get hold of real person. Services are very poor. They charge so much but quality of service very poor!

Terrible customer service. Insane deposit required even with a perfect billing history through previous power provider Minnesota Power.

Very nice people, but the automated phone system is terrible, and they wont take a card over the phone for billing unless it's through the automated service. Overall terrible customer service that forces you to do what they want not what is best for the customer or what is convenient.

Crow wing power is a company that rips u off year after year and u don't even realize it take the amount u pay for a year and compare it to the amount of power used and u will see bunch of crooks
