Gull Lake Beach Resorts

We have been coming to Bay Colony for the past few years and it just keeps getting better each year! Shawn (the manager) and his crew is beyond wonderful. If you need even a minor thing, he is right there to get it. Katie in the main office is great! Always ready to answer any questions. The units are gorgeous and very comfortable with everything you need and then some. We love it here! Thank you everyone!

All the accommodations were excellent. The people working at the site are lovely and so helpful. This was our second family trip to Gull Lake Beach Resorts and we definitely will go back again. So many things you can use in the water and clean clear beach to swim by and play in.

Loved our stay! It was so much better than staying in a hotel. Our family had plenty of room to move around. So nice to be able to cook in the kitchen and not eat out every meal! Everything was clean and just as the website indicates. Beautiful sunset facing that paired fantastic with a glass of wine. We will be back!

What a great place to stay for vacation! Close enough to nearby towns to be able to go out for eating, shopping, etc but tucked enough away to get some r and r in. Cabin 700 was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

It is also much larger than it appears in the photos.. was pleasantly surprised! I think a family of 6 (or more if allowed) could stay there comfortably and not feel like they were in each other’s space at all!

One note for anyone who stays.. the highway nearby can be a little loud for those staying in the master bedroom in this cabin but a little white noise washes that out.

Highly recommend - will be back!

This is a gem of a place! Beds are comfortable and the condo is spacious. The beach is great! So many fun things to do! And its location is so close to downtown Nisswa. We will definitely be back!

Right on the beach - perfect spot. Very clean and comfortable - we had 5 staying. Extra towels, beach towels available in both bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped.
Site is so convenient to Nisswa (where we spent the majority of our time, and of course out on the lakes.).

The unit was very clean and modern. Was great to take a few steps and your on a sand beach with paddle boards/kayaks to use with your stay. Plenty to do close by

A wonderful place! Loved all the outdoor, and lake amenities! Beautiful sunsets! Convenient boat rental! The management staff was so helpful and kind! We loved our stay!

Great setup we had 3 condos for 20 people and it worked great loved everything, the layout and playgrounds, beach area and lake was great, we used all amenities, gas grills, fire pits and wood was supplied and kayaks place was beautiful!!

Beautiful property! Beach was sandy, no weeds & well maintained. Cabin was cute & perfect view of the lake & sunsets. We will be back!

This property made a wonderful getaway for our family. The unit was clean, had a great view of the lake, and the property provided a welcome gift (bottle of wine, waters in the fridge as well as a couple of sodas). It's the little things that make the stay. Finally the company was so good at communicating! Quick responses, friendly, overall 5 stars.

We stayed here for the weekend and had a great time. We loved that it was clean and enjoyed having the space to move about and being able to go to the playground and beach to look at the water, we will definitely be back this summer when it’s warm so we can take a dip in the water with the kiddos!

This was our second time renting a home in the Gull Haven resort. We absolutely love these homes. They are so clean and spacious. The kitchens are stocked with most everything you need. Beds are comfortable and enough pillows and blankets for everyone. Our first stay was in the summer, this time it was in the winter. Both times splendid! The reservation staff are most helpful. I would not hesitate to make a reservation at a Gull Haven home.

Found our vacation rental through Air BnB. Highly recommended - beautiful location and super clean and comfy unit. Definitely renting again next summer!

The accommodations were wonderful and the unit was so nice, very clean and well supplied. The beach was very nice. The sunsets from the resort were absolutely beautiful. When I had an issue with my boat motor, the staff loaned me tools to repair my boat. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. We had a wonderful family vacation and we would highly recommend this resort.

We had an amazing family week at Bay Colony on Gull Lake over the 4th of July 2023. The location on the lake is wonderful, the condos are very large, new, comfortable for families with kids, nicely furnished and kitchen had everything we needed. The common areas had great seating for camp fires, nice gas grills and breathtaking sunsets all week. We loved it!!! Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful! The view was fantastic and everything was clean and comfortable. Would love to stay there again!
