Food was great and wonderful service!
I had made reservations for 5:30 and we were seated probably at our arrival.
The inside is small but beautiful. I love all of the wood.
I ordered a drink I didn't like and I asked the waitress if at all possible I could send it back and get something else. They were busy and I didn't want to make it a big deal,she was kind and said it was fine so I got a Sangria instead which was very good.
I ordered the American Burger. It comes with Bacon Jam on it. It was was amazing! The salad was good. For dessert we ordered a Mango Teardrop to share. It was very nice and not overly sweet. My bestie got a pizza which she also enjoyed. Definitely will be back!

My friends and I visited last Sunday for one of their Birthdays. Everyone loved their food and their drinks. Service was solid and loved the atmosphere. Will definitely make the drive back to hit this spot again!

We arrived at 5p, got seated for 4 immediately. We enjoyed a variety tasty adult drinks and the pretzel appetizer was yummy. We then ordered dinner, everyone loved their entrees! the Fig & Prosciutto pizza 🍕Salt Springs Mac-n-Cheese with pulled pork, tenderloin medallions🤌.
The place has beautiful stained glass and open type seating.
Cool place, must visit. We parked behind the place.

10/10 every time. I don’t have a bad thing to say about this place. Jerk Scallops with Coconut Risotto, Calamari, Brussel Sprouts, Egg Nog Crème Brûlée, and The Gift of Citra IPA. Amazing.

We stopped here for brunch and beers before going to a Michigan football game. The beer is very good, and the food is even better. It is located in downtown Saline in a converted historical church with beautiful stain glass windows. Servers are also attentive and friendly.

I loved the brunch here! I was visiting some friends in Michigan in April and they brought me here for Sunday brunch. I knew the space was converted from a church, and these re-invented restaurants are always so cool because you can see the layout and old bones of the place from its past life.

We were a larger group, so we sat upstairs in a more private space for larger parties. We had 5 adults and 2 kiddos and our server took really good care of us. We also had a reservation, so I would highly recommend making a reservation, especially during the weekend or if you have a large party.

We has their Brussels sprouts to share and they were phenomenal! My cousin, who is a first year at U of M and a recent Ann Arbor transplant had heard about these Brussels, so we had to order them to try. I also got a Bloody Mary which was tart and savory and spicy and oh-so-satisfying.

As someone who can be overwhelmed with brunch options and wants to try everything on the menu, their "Roscoe's Best of Both Worlds" was an answered prayer. One biscuit with sausage gravy and one egg benny served with crispy potatoes: this indecisive girl did not need to choose :)

I had a blast with my friends and an amazing brunch here. It's not too far from campus, but far away enough where you will see more of a mix of locals, families, and students.

Beautiful stained glass windows almost steel the show, but the amazing food is to rave about. Saturday and Sunday there is a brunch menu with a lull in the afternoon for snacks then a dinner menu in the evening.
Every plate that passed by me looked picture perfect and the food I tried was great.
There are parking lots around the area, one behind the building but it might fill up fast.

The Gluten-Free Calamari is what drew me in... That dish may have been my favorite appetizer I have ever had! You can tell on your first bite that the ingredients here are top notch. I went with the Korean BBQ ribs for dinner and that was fantastic as well. Service was great, and you can just tell the whole staff is well organized, happy, and friendly. I will definitely be returning here next time I am in the area!

This was our first time coming to this restaurant and for other ‘first timers’ the restaurant looks like a church building. Parking is on the side street or in the back of the building.
Our reservation was for 11:30am and we were sat right away. Our waitress was amazing, helpful and very kind.
I had a mim-MOST-a and an orange mimosa both of them were so so good. I ordered sausage biscuits and gravy - very good. My friends were all super happy with there picks.
The inside of the place is just beautiful with the stained glass and all of the wood.
We will definitely be back!!

Absolutely loved eating at this establishment! The wait was long but worth it. We came around Halloween time and the ambiance was sophisticated spooky vibes. The staff were very kind and knowledgeable about the menu.

We ordered a breakfast sandwich and pumpkin pancakes. They were knowledgeable about food allergies and didn't give me nuts with the pancakes. Every bite was excellent and while the price wasn't cheap, this food was fantastic.

Highly recommend if you're in the Saline area for a lunch spot!

Came out of my way to have lunch here. Atmosphere is cool, it's an old church. Food is fresh, menu caters to a variety of tastes. I chose the Beet Salad and a sour beer. YUM! I was waited on quickly and served within minutes. My last time here was two years ago. I was afraid it might disappoint. Absolutely not. I highly recommend Salt Springs Brewery.

Great atmosphere, fantastic food, and phenomenal beer and drinks! Shemaiah was very informative on drinks and food options! The truffle fries, cheese bread, and the Korean short-rib were delicious! Will definitely be back!

Loved this place! The menu was wide and had something for everyone. I had a breakfast burger which was delicious, but the real scene-stealer was the cheese bread appetizer! EDIT: came here for lunch and had the fish sandwich and calamari, SOOOO GOOD.

This is one of the best breweries that I know. Their sour is really good and the fish sandwich was very tasty if a little mushy. Though not on the menu the turkey Reuben was delicious as well. The wait staff is great—friendly, attentive and prompt. Great interior as well. Thumbs up!

With amazing tasting food and it's availablility you can bet you will have a good time here. 5 stars I beleive are earned with extraordinary service, astounding atmosphere, a menu that leaves you wanting to try everything, and all for an affordable price. When you enter any brewery these days there seems to be a struggle moving away from the typical bar scene, however it is quite refreshing to see Salt Springs Brewery taking root inside a beautiful old church in downtown Saline. Dining outside on a beautiful summers day is also optional, and personally recommended for a relaxed lunch experience.

Last night, Tristan was our diligent fast responsive server for this fabulous Father's Day dinner. It truly was the best meal we ever had at Salt! Fantastic flavor. Generous portions. Beautiful presentation. Bravo!

What a lovely place in Saline. The atmosphere is lively and comforting. All the draft beers were amazing (I ordered the tasting flight). The mango teardrop dessert was light and sweet, a perfect ending to the meal. Definitely a new favorite.

went here on a date & was pleasantly surprised to see so many great options on the menu for vegans! i got the tofu sandwich & loved it! my date got the mushroom pizza & she enjoyed it as well. the vibe was super unique & i would love to come back again

Beautiful restaurant, and tasty food! Great place for brunch. I have yet to try their dinner menu, but we have a great experience every time here.

Salt Springs always has the best food around, from their amazing burgers to the Korean short rib to every vegetable they've ever pickled. This year I trusted them with Thanksgiving dinner and they did not let me down, it was SPECTACULAR!! The smoked turkey was moist and wonderfully seasoned and went perfectly with a bite of the cranberry-jalepeno sauce. I'm picky about gravy, but the gravy was absolutely perfect, as was the stuffing and mashed potatoes. The peach-blueberry cobbler was a delicius ending & I liked it much more than the usual pies. I've ordered take-out/reheat Thanksgiving dinners from a couple of local restaurants, but this blew those out of the water! Salt Springs Thanksgiving is definitely going to be a yearly tradition in our house. Now, if I can just get them to cook for Christmas as well....

Add- Thanks for making Christmas dinner every bit as delicious and low stress as Thanksgiving. The prime rib and all the sides were fantastic! Only problem was having brunch at Salt Springs before picking up our Xmas food and discovering how great your sausage gravy and biscuits are. Those are crazy good!!
