Went to buy some paint today and Joe in the paint department was super helpful. I was indecisive and went back and forth on choosing my paint color. He was patient and professional. Thanks for the great customer service!

Love Menards they have little things that you don't think of and then you see it on an end cap and think I need that and know you can't buy something unique like it anywhere else.

The 5 stars are for Tim, who works in the lumber yard! We are adding an addition onto our home and every time we come up for a trailer load of supplies, Tim is always the first to come ask if we need help! He is fast and knowledgeable and has great work ethic! Also, super great customer skills!! Definitely an employee who should be valued!

The store was well set with well appointed shelves, the staff was helpful and regardless of how busy the store seemed the staff was gracious and helpful. Will shop again, the sooner the better. The app and is easy to use and highly attractive.(brings me back over and over)

We love Menards! They always have great deals. Always have what we need. The employees are always friendly and say hello when they see you. Store is always clean and well stocked. There was a sale item out of stock that we wanted. The cashier told us we could get a rain check at the customer service counter. Stopped and got one and they were so helpful as well.

I really like the option to be able to pick up out back without having to go in the store. It's super convenient and usually pretty quick. I don't mind the 40 minute drive at all. Plus, I don't have to pay and wait for shopping. My mom car gets good milage .

Menards is one of my favorite stores to buy household products of any type, cleaning and repairs to building needs. It has a great garden center outside. Has about everything I need.

We shop there more than once a month and find most everything we need, it's a little hard to find paint strainers however and we no longer receive ads by mail so we never know when the best time to shop for our needs are anymore it gets a little hectic around the holidays and it would be nice to know what is available at that time.

Great place to shop! Only improvement is the floor associates need to be more friendly and say hello to their customers. I was in there 5-22-22 and they are getting better at greeting there customers. And as always a great selection of stuff and their flowers are truly beautiful this year!!!

My wife and I wish to recognize great service when we experience it... Tonight, August 26, 2021 we had that experience at Menards in Mount Pleasant. It started with a cheerful greeting by Haley who was very efficient and handled our return (51 cartons of flooring) thoroughly and quickly. Because of Haley, Joey and their teammates we purchased flooring that better fit our needs. Because they made us feel truly valued, we are going back tomorrow to purchase a washer and dryer. (Thanks, Claire for the quote and friendly, and knowledgeable service.)

I like this stores location because it is brighter inside. I can find thing easily and if I can't find it I can actually find a nice employee who will direct me. Also the employees are knowledgeable If they are not sure they will ask another who is: if within their department. Their flyer in the town's weekend buyers guide is helpful. I like the 11% rebate they give to all customers on our purchases. For those of you who don't know; after you make your purchase you look for one of those rebate slips and send it in with your sales receipt. Menards will send you back a postcard that is redeemable in the store for more store purchases. I have made some good purchases from this store and anytime I need something such as paint, hardware, bulk household supplies and such this be the place I go. I do compare prices however depending what all I have on my list I may choose Menards over another based upon availability and quality. Knowing I will get 11% rebate makes it worth my spending.

We stopped in to grab some plumbing supplies, and a pump this evening. Steve helped my fiance pick out a pump and was very knowledgeable. Nik did a great job when we took our second trip through to guide us to exactly what we needed (a bunch of different stuff) and was also very knowledgeable and friendly!!! This Menards is awesome! I highly recommend shopping here! Thank you both!

When arriving I had 2 awesome workers helping, 1 in particular name Randy was super helpful, amazingly personable, & needs to be acknowledged by upper management that he's definitely upper management material, or just give him a huge bonus & raise..

Menards is a great place to shop. Always easy to find help. We never have to hunt down an associate to get whatever questions we need answered or help finding what we are there for. A great time saver. We like that you seem to hire retired folks who have a good work ethic.

Store is laid put just like my hometown menards so it was very easy to find what I needed. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Will I go back? Yes if I needed something.

This store is outstanding....they have great selections...staff is very helpful. They know how to merchandise and are consistant throughout the entire chain. A pleasure to visit!!

I love Menards! The store has just about anything you might need, and their prices are comparable to Walmart. The store is pretty big, which can feel overwhelming at times, but they have enough employees walking around that you can usually find assistance when necessary, and they've always been helpful and friendly.

I live a distance away from the nearest Menards but I wanted to buy an advertised item. I was able to reach the proper department quickly, and negotiated the sale and delivery of my item (it was very heavy and I would have needed a commercial truck to transport my item). Delivery was promised for the next day and it arrived as promised. The delivery personnel were extremely helpful in making suggestions regarding assembly location. They were very informed regarding local permit regulations which I really appreciated. An A+++ experience.
