Arby's

Two years ago my buddy, Ty, and I found ourselves in South Haven while driving back home from a wedding. We went to the beach, got a tan, and took pictures on the pier. After hours of hunger and suffering, we stumbled upon Arby’s. Little did we know that this was the greatest Arby’s of all time. To put it simply, it was the closest I have ever felt to heaven. Every bite I took caused a sudden shift in my behavior. My mind became open and left me to wander within my thoughts. The roasted beef paired with the crispy curly fries filled a hole in my heart that I thought would remain forever empty. This Arby’s has been in discussion for two years between me and Ty. We will be back. Doesn’t matter when or how. There is not a finer establishment in America than this Arby’s. Thank you.

Wow! The new Kobe Wagyu Bacon Ranch burger was awesome 🎆😲🎇! It came out fast and hot! Great customer service, too. This is an all around great Arby's 🤠! It always makes me happy when a restaurant makes the effort to put quality into every order.

Stopped there on the way back home. The food and the service where excellent.

On local TV, a 4 for $10 deal is advertised, although this restaurant would not give us the deal. The food was good, but we were very disappointed not to get the deal advertised! Consider your food selection before picking Arby’s. Changed to 5 star Because owner responded saying he will address it with his team. Thank you!!

Oh wow… Oh wow… what can I say. Me and fellow reviewer Jonah both have long yearned to return to this Mecca of food. Hailing from Kansas & North Dakota respectively, we did not know what to expect of Michigan. Having never been myself, my first impression was that the roads are awful. We needed a break from the busy streets and stopped in South Haven. We enjoyed the town a little & went to the beach. After burning calories in the sun we needed some grub, but we’re also on a time crunch. Everything else in South Haven at the time closed early which we did not know & the last spot to check was the Arby’s on the way out of town. A haven is exactly what this Arby’s is. Thank you Lord for all good things & Arby’s is included.

They forgot my bacon on one of my burgers and replaced it without a problem. The South Haven crew are freaking amazing.

PAY THEM MORE MONEY ARBYS.

Only stopped to get fries for kids and no issues there, they were quick, made fresh batch as I ordered with no salt. No issues at all.

The owner is noticeably involved and runs a good ship. Clean, efficient, and with a staff that seems in high spirits as far as I can tell - all rarities as far as fast food restaurants go.

Everyone was in a good mood. Looks like a great work environment

Good service good food! Easy and nice fast food for a busy day

The night we visited, the drive thru line was wrapped around the parking lot. When we got up to the ordering mic, the young lady who took our order was very kind, very upbeat and didn't seem frazzled. She did have a conversation with a co-worker while her mic was on, so we were a bit confused about what was happening. BUT we were delighted to see that our order was exactly correct (which often does not happen at other Arby's locations). AND the chicken salad is back!!!!

Arby's in South Haven is the best. The manager here is awesome. He stays on top of everything and he makes sure the employees do too. Well run, clean, and efficient! My husband & I have both complimented the manager on what a great job they do!

Had to do petite steak sandwich garlic butter... The sandwich was amazing best sandwich I've had in a long time. Even though the Order ahead of me got my food by mistake this Arby's made it all kosher... They even gave me an extra cookie in the bag the staff was exceptional

Arby's is honestly one of my favourite places and they definitely live up to my expectations. They were quick, yet got mine and my dad's orders completely correct. I completely recommend dining here if you're out this way.

I waited a entire hour . None of the employees came and washed my hands. The sign clearly states "all employees must wash hands" this is outrageous and the sign needs to be removed .

Best, freshest food we have had since before Covid. The service and blonde lady that was running the drive-thru window is absolutely FABULOUS!!!!! Since covid began every fast food restaurant we have been to the food is luke warm if not cold and they mess up our order & do not make sure that all our food is in the bag, at times give our order to whoever else is waiting they go through the bag then find out it isnt theirs and the worker then brings it to us once germs from another car is all over the wrappers. But this Arbys is simply AMAZING and she even checked our bag to make sure everything was in it. The woman who waited on is the best fast food team member and deserves a promotion and pay increase. We most definitely will be giving this Arbys our business and spreading the word on how wonderful they are. KEEP UP THE AWESOME JOB!!!!

Great place to pick up food (at least, most of what's on their menu) in a hurry. Definitely great of them to still have their "Happy Hour" menu options, unlike some Arby's restaurants in other states. Top marks for this location and their staff.
