I had a wonderful experience! I went in to buy wiper blades for my brother’s car and, needless to say, I didn’t have the correct information. After making phone calls, looking at the VIN and license plate, the blades were found and they were put on the car!!

Absolutely amazing service!! had a bit of a mystery problem with my Ford F150. Ended up getting work done on it from a different place to no avail. Took it in to autozone to get the battery replaced and left with more insight on the issue and my radio working again!! Super quick and they were very kind!! 10/10!!

This location has been the only auto parts store in town which I have consistently been helped by competent, polite staff who wear masks during the pandemic. Staff have continued to be very helpful; I don't know a ton about cars but try to do what I'm able. The assistance with selecting parts and the tips I've been given for completing difficult (for me!) repairs have been invaluable. I'll continue to visit this location so long as the staff remains great - as they have been for many years.

Went to Auto Zone after work with my husband today. We weren't sure we needed a battery, but Thomas M. Was able to help. He cheerfully greeted us as soon as we walked in and right away started happily helping us. He was quick, friendly, and professional! Thomas, thank you for putting in our new Duralast Gold battery, and adding on the extra oil for the battery. We appreciated your time and helpfulness!!! Customer service is the best we've had in a long time!

Sean, the store manager, was more than helpful with my automotive inquiries. He went above and beyond, making sure that everything was explained and all items were accounted for with my purchase. He even went beyond the call of duty and followed through with making sure my vehicle ran properly! He's great!

Becky and Joe went way above and beyond and helped me get my van working properly as we were headed to take our son to college in the U.P. They saved the weekend for us!

We had stopped to purchase a battery today... while there,our radiator hose broke... needless to say...we had to call a tow truck to come and get the vehicle...I wish I would've gotten the salesman s name that was helping us... excellent service and tried to get the battery changed...they definitely make it hard to do anything with these vehicles nowadays...but thank you sir for your kindness... highly recommend this Auto zone 👌

Thank you to Alex for keeping calm and professional when an angry customer came in and started swearing at him. The customer had absolutely no right to treat anyone the way he did, yet your employee Alex handled it perfectly. Kudos to him! The team member who waited on me not only put my wiper blades on for me, he also listened to my concerns of smelling gas and proceeded to go out of his way and hooked up the diagnostic reader and explained to me to start with the smallest easiest repair since I'm doing myself, which was replacing the junk gas cap. Of course he went and found that for me too:)

Mason and Serena were wonderful. I needed a new battery and had stop at 2 other auto parts place and they were willing to sell me the battery but not willing to install it because they would have to remove 3 screws to get to it. It was no problem at AutoZone Mason installed my new batteryh in a matter of a few minutes. Highly recommend AutoZone.

Called and spoke w/ Sean F. on Sunday. I faced replacing a battery on a dodge that required seperating the fenderskirt under driver wheel to access and replace old battery. I expressed my concern in doing job, uncertain if I'd run into issues. He suggested I come up and felt he would be able to complete the job on site. WOW! Certainly am IMPRESSED! We worked together, and he is amazing! Knew all the tricks to get the job done! He definitely went the extra mile! Truely a person who cares about his work, his company and for helping others! I also express my thanks to AutoZone, the Company, for allowing their team the ability to support customers this way! I definitely will recommend them to others, and when I need car items, I will be back! Thanks again Sean, you are a great asset to your store and your company! - It may even be a friendly suggestion on short cuts for the job you may face, these people lend insight and their knowledge! Not many retail places actually really care that we can take care of the problem we face, Sean and AutoZone certainly DO~!!

I cannot say enough about the service we received. Stranded at a gas station 2 hours from home, called these guys, described our problem and less than an hour later we are back on the road. If I could give their service 10 stars I would! Thank you!!!

Great Customer Service!!! I have been shopping at AutoZone for over 20 years and today showed why I always will. I took a student and his car to this location because we could not figure out why the students tail light was not working. Sean helped me correctly diagnose the probelm, find the right parts, showed me how to rewire the new part, helped us qhen we could not get a part off, and did it all with a smile over 3 hours in the cold!!! Best AutoZone experience ever!!!
