Walgreens Pharmacy

WOW! The pharmacy staff are incredible! We had a unique vehicle situation that wouldn’t let us pull up to the window for an appointment and we called and spoke to someone in the pharmacy who then sent someone out to stop the line so that they could provide for a work-around so that I could still be seen. There was a mix up with my email confirmation and instead of doing the easy thing, which would have been to say, “Come back later,” this amazing staff came together and made it happen!! I am so far beyond impressed with their can-do teamwork attitude, especially during this crazy time! THANK YOU!!!!

Staff was super helpful and so friendly, and more than happy to help accommodate me. I live in Cadillac, had been on vacation in mackinaw, but ended up in E.R out in petoskey.. I need scripts filled and they had none of my info on file, nor did I have my insurance card. They looked into everything on their end and pulled thru for me. They were sincere and I am grateful.

Chad and Cindy are awesome!!! If they leave I would switch pharmacy's they are the only two who have always been nice even though they are swamped.

Sometimes they are great and on point, depending on who you’re dealing with... others not so much. Things work better when knowledge is shared.

People in the store were great, just don't use their website. CONFUSING!

Been waiting since Monday for my child's ADHD meds (it's now Wednesday) was told it would be filled in an hour. Came back a hour and a half later and I'm told they are out! Highly do not recommend getting your meds sent here! We will be going to Walmart from now on. Terrible...
