Family Fare Pharmacy

For 13 years I was at a pharmacy in downtown. Cheboygan but, in the last year They have gotten very lax with their orders. When I get a prescription and then it's sent into them. Sometimes I have to wait 4 days before. I get the prescription and I'm out of pills by then, same pills for 13 years.. This has happened more than once so, I thought I would try family fair. I was pleasantly surprised they were quick and pleasant. They called me when prescriptions were ready. I could ask for no more. They have pills on hand, the other pharmacy Always said, we have to order those. . For 13 years this happened frequently. family fair has them on hand on the shelf. I'm not going back. This is a good pharmacy. It's small but very friendly. Thank you guys.

Best pharmacy. Takes awhile sometimes but the service is great.

There is 1 lady that works here who constantly is mean & ignorant to me & always treats me like an addict. But I'm not about to let 1 persons bad attitude towards me get the better of me. All the other staff are extremely nice and friendly. They go above & beyond whenever I have questions or concerns. I have only encountered 1 time where my meds were not available due to none in stock. But they worked with me to get hold of my doctor to call in something similar that was in stock. I definitely recommend Family Fare Pharmacy.

Normally, this pharmacy and the people who work there are excellent/very polite. Orders are filled quick and wait time is never too long and or a hassle if you call it in ahead of time. However, there are a few employees that are INSISTENT on being rude or just generally pitching an attitude no matter what time of day you go to pick up. If you can get over the occasional rudeness/poor service from time to time, this pharmacy is otherwise okay.

Switched from Walgreens because to busy and poor customer service, I go to family fair once a month to pick my stuff up and each month gets worse ,takes all day to fill my stuff talked to like a junkie because of the medication I'm on and always just rude ,il be traveling to Petoskey now to get my medication so I'm treated like a human being

You can tell they don't want to be there, so you might as well go to a other pharmacy. If you don't have a choice, My suggestion would be to count your meds and check the date before you even leave Family Fare. Two out of three bad experiences in the last 3 months

I switched over from Walgreens because it was too busy. The pharmacy here has treated me like a junkie and dismissed me like I didn't matter. I'm switching back to Walgreens. Very poor customer service
