I did my research, took my time to understand what I needed in my replacement Mac and decided on Weliky Group and have not been disappointed. The positive feedback of recent purchasers was helpful as well. This was a large investment for me as I was accustomed to my 15 year old Mac Air but I knew I had to do it!
This seller's descriptions, photos and products are all first class, professional and backed by 100% support post purchase while not all sellers deliver on their promises, unfortunately.
All I had to do was connect to WiFi, download a few apps and I was good to go. My purchase appeared to be brand new, screen was perfect and all ports functional.

Excellent customer service throughout the process. Went to eBay for refurbished Mac and could not believe pricing and selection. I had questions and received immediate response and assistance (Christmas Day) in helping me decide on my purchase. My upgraded MacBook Pro arrived quickly, great packing. Very happy with the purchase we made for a Mac Book computer. Was sent the wrong computer initially but the customer service was great and the correct computer was sent very quickly.

Its important to understand what you're buying. In our case, the package we purchased was a 2011/2012 model that had been upgraded. There were a few minor scratches and scuffs, but overall in very good condition and so far the computer has operated great.

For $500 I feel like this was definitely worth the money and would buy again.

Awesome experience. My laptop came as advertised very quickly. I had a few questions that were responded to promptly with clear answers. The battery had an issue within a couple of weeks after purchase and they sent me a new battery for free with no questions asked. I will use them for all future Mac purchases.

Purchased a MacBook Pro. It arrived in excellent condition, definitely above my expectations for a used computer. Excellent packaging and fast shipping. I bought a Mac Book Pro which was upgraded to all 2019 specs with huge memory and blazing fast speed. It was like new. The price was amazing. Within 2 weeks I had purchased one for my daughter and another for my wife. They couldn't be happier. This is the absolute best place to buy a computer. They are very responsive and shipping was FEDEX, and fast. This is the first place you should go to buy a computer. Our 3 units almost cannot be distinguished from new. You will not be disappointed.

Bought my first previously used iMac pro laptop from this company and couldn’t be more impressed. Extremely fast free shipping and excellent protective shipping packaging. An extra external hard drive and CD burner came with the package and a warranty and customer service that is found in only in the best American companies. Lap top shouldn’t look like new for the price sold, but it does, and I am extremely grateful.

This is my first Mac.
I love this computer. I was concerned about buying a refurbished computer after reading so many different reviews from so many companies. But this came with tech support and a warranty and is better than the slightly used condition they described. It actually looked new. It runs very fast and has exceeded my expectations. I hope it continues to do this for a long time. Also a big Plus, it came with a new case and brand new charger. I feel I saved myself a lot of money.

Positive experience, once the item was purchased seller was quick to respond with shipping information. I received the item within a few days. The laptop was packaged extremely well to prevent any damage in case of the package being dropped. To look at it you would not know it was a used MacBook , it’s practically blemish free, very clean. I haven’t tested it other than turning it on to make sure it does power on. (It’s a gift for someone)but the way it’s been maintained I have no reservations that it won’t work as advertised.

I have enjoyed my purchase from the Weliky Group. First of all, the computer is great. It is a Macbook pro 2012 updated with the current OS. Super fast with tons of storage. I had an issue with the ram and they quickly resent a replacement. Communication has been super. I will gladly do business with them when its time to update our other computers
