10/10 recommend this UPS Store. Just ask for Allen or Janice! They are THE best. I needed to get a last minute, large order of laminations made with a very slim window of time. Luckily, Allen and Janice went above and beyond to prepare my order. I got my laminations quicker than I’ve ever seen done before with HIGHER quality than I’ve ever seen done before at any other UPS store. And I utilize UPS very often. They are attentive, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Thanks for your help, guys!

From the greeting to the service at the counter, it has always been a great experience. If unsure of what is needed for package to arrive safe, employees always step in with recommendations.

I ship things to my grandson frequently and have always had good service plus he gets them when they said he would. I am sad that you all need to work on a Sunday but am so happy you do as that is when I am available to go here. I also love that you accept Amazon returns.

There was a line but the employees kept the line moving even when they were faced with a difficult customer. Super friendly and efficient!

I’ve always been able to do quick drop offs for Amazon returns here and now they have a quick kiosk for quick returns! Even without that option, the friendly staff are efficient in getting the line moved through expeditiously.

Never have any trouble getting in an out. I use this location to return Amazon packages..

This store did an amazing job on my kids birthday banners plus I always use it to ship packages and it gets to where it needs to be shipped in a fast timely manner

I’ve done almost all my returns from online purchases here and it’s always been smooth . I have also sent packages to people I know out of state . It’s always a smooth process & even if the line is long , they move it alone efficiently .

Great service. I had a couple of packages to send off, and I needed a pre-paid shipping label printed for one of them. My USB drive failed, then I had problems accessing my email on my phone to get the shipping label. The woman behind the counter was very polite and patiently waited for me to sort it out. Everything was handled quickly and easily.

I frequent this location between 4-8 times a month. I own a local computer/networking/security company. Due to the nature of my business somethings require special attention and some do not. In the last 10 years, none of the items shipped to my clients have ever been damaged. The employees are extremely friendly. They always ask if there was anything else I might need as far as the packaging, since most of time I have already boxed it up. However there have been times where some of my items are extremely fragile. The UPS Store employees have always made sure the items were packaged and shipped correctly. I believe it is a locally owned store. If I am correct, it shows through the work ethic of his or her employees. I will continue to use the UPS Store 1898 on E. Riverside in the future.

Shoutout to manager Alyson for helping us open our PO Box! She was quick to help us after driving for one hour to this location and barely in time before closing! The rest of the team is as equally awesome!

I had to print my sister's photo in passport size and I had a flash drive with the photo. The lady and the young man on the counter worked tirelessly to get me the right size printed. It probably took them over 25 min and several attempts because the picture that would print would either be too large or too small. They did not give up even though I was about to. And for that I give them 5 stars. This is professionalism. Thumbs up guys!

I recently had a great experience with this store and an employee named Ashley. She knew her stuff, got me in and out quickly with a technical problem I could not figure out. She was extremely professional, very friendly, and absolutely knew her job! I will be back and I will definitely recommend this store and Ashley. Thank you!

I had to return a damaged Amazon item and I do not own a computer or printer. Allison took care of getting the label e-mailed from my phone to their store and I was out in less than 5 minutes. Great job, thank you. 😊

I just wish their employees would be allowed to take off their dang masks. I mean, they have plexi in between them and customers. They should be allowed to breathe like normal humans are supposed to. If people are "threatened" by those not wearing masks, then they can maintain the 6 feet of distance. I mean, masks seem like overkill when there is a PHYSICAL BARRIER in between them and customers. To leave a 1 star review for a business because someone doesn't have their nose covered is the epitomeof childish and petty. Did they do their job and provide you with good service? If the answer is yes and you gave them a 1 star, then YOU are the problem.

Convenient place to mail a package if the Post Office is too far to drive. And frequently they are much faster here than the PO. They have boxes/tape, etc... to be sure your package is ready to go, and I'm often in and out within 5 minutes. There are greeting cards for sale inside, but not much else. Good parking and clean establishment.

Always do my Amazon returns here. Closest place to me that accepts the barcodes from Amazon. Quick in and out to get on my way. Recommend for Amazon returns.

These guys packed and shipped 3 drums for me that we're made in 1941. They shipped out from this store to San Antonio TX in perfect shape. I'm super happy.

They were great...helped me so much and were very patient...i wasnt sure about coming here considering the bad review but glad I did...they must have let whoever it was go...
