Pilot Travel Center

This is a nice stop. Arby's is inside. The showers are nice. The store is updated nicely. Not a whole lot of parking. It's a good stop. They have kombucha if you're looking for a healthy drink.

Love stopping at this pilot while traveling towards grand rapids, easy to get to!! Plenty of parking for drivers and plenty of fuel lanes!! Staff is always friendly and the store is always clean! It has a PJ Fresh and I believe an Arbys!! I love that this pilot has soup ( not all do)!! Overall a great place to stop and rest!!

I don't usually give a gas station/convenience store 5 stars, but this is a fairly exceptional place. It's clean with lots of offerings. There is an Arbys and Cinnabon. In addition there are a lot of other prepackaged sandwiches and snacks. There is also pizza and other hot foods. There is a self serve check out which was fast and easily accessible. But the restrooms were really nice.

Super clean and well stocked with an Arby's inside. Great quick stop off the highway. The detours helps.

When I'm on the road, Pilot & Flying J are the places I seek for my coffee, because it Literally IS the best coffee on the Interstate!!

Great Pilot, a little tough for Truckers to get in and out of because of driveway setup but very nice. Ms Candis is a joy, Great customer service with a great smile. I will go back, you should go.

They get a five star for a reason. Normally don’t like to comment on truck stop, but this spot is different. Showers are clean and the best part staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Great staff special thanks to Jonie and Cole. Very helpful.

So if you scanned the reviews already, yes the parking for trucks is some what difficult especially since there is only one entrance. I was here early Sunday morning and all day it was about 75% full. If your looking for a quick restroom/fuel break during peak times I would look some place else. Off peak times not so bad. I was here about 6am and they did have a small selection of breakfast items and they looked pretty fresh. The staff was excellent friendly and polite and that includes the people at Arby's. The showers were clean and water pressure was great. And newer washers and dryers. The parking lot was well maintained and pee free, however by 10pm there were a few trash cans were full but overall a really good experience.

I want to give these employees a huge thank you. Our semi ws being worked on at our yard in Zeeland so we drove here to get showers, we had our fur babies and it was to hot to leave in car, so we asked about taking them in with us which they said yes, well it only got better after that, normally they would stay in semi with it running these employees made us and our fur babies feel so welcomed, even when I felt a burden. They were polite and friendly to our fur babies of which they all enjoyed the love they got from the employees. Our babies got showers too. Thank you everyone for doing what you do and for doing a great job and for being there for us truckers when it's needed. We won't forget what you did for us. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Seems like the decent place to me. The ladies that work there were very nice. The hot breakfast was pretty good and the place was pretty clean. They have a wide variety of things to eat and drink, along with an Arby's built in just in case you want to go that route.

Its a typical pilot truck stop. What else to expect? Clean

It is really nice and clean truck stop. I was surprised to see worker going around and cleaning parking lot. Workers very polite and washrooms very clean. Coffee is always fresh and really strong. If you are hungry you can find some sandwiches, pizza and Arby's inside of Pilot

This is a Fast ,Fast paced corner,yet the cheerful staff get you in and out Quickly and make you Feel Happy that you stopped in , and keep you coming back.. They must have Great Employers!!!

We stopped at the Pilot truck stop in desperate need of a shower when we were several hours away from home and super sweaty after hiking in and out of a state park from Lake Michigan. We wanted to spend the evening in Grand Rapids on our way home to SE Michigan and thought we would try the truck stop for a shower, because we didn't have much to lose. This was my first truck stop shower and it was AMAZING. You're given a code to punch into your bathroom door that is unique to you. Inside the bathroom there's a toilet, shower and vanity and bench along with a clean bathmat, towel and washcloth. There was a soap dispenser in the shower for liquid soap. This is the best twelve dollars I've ever spent. I believe my the cleanliness and look of the tile, that the bathrooms are newly remodeled/constructed. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to use this truck stop again if we're ever on the other side of the state and need to freshen up.
