Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services & Willwood Burial Park

My loving brother had bought a burial plan back in Nov. 2018 while he was making his payments God called him home before it was paid off in full. With the wonderful help of Hollli our funeral director and management we were able to proceed. For that I am forever thankful and it will never be forgotten. Hollli is a wonderful lady with a caring heart. She did a job well done. Sunset Funeral Home is very lucky to have her.

Wyatt was very helpful and understanding when we met with him regarding arrangements for my father. He did not try to upsell anything and he was very respectful. I would recommend using Advantage Funeral Home to anyone that needs to say goodbye to a loved one.

I am very thankful for the staff and assistance my family received during my mother's passing. The Directors and staff were very caring, compassionate and took wonderful care of our mother. I had a girl named Mackenzie helping me plan my grandpa's funeral. I had never had to plan a funeral before she was amazing from start to finish . I live out of state and when my dad passed I thought now the headache begins. Boy how wrong I was. All went smoothly. No stress at all to get arrangements done. Thank you Dennis and Dan.

The staff was nice but we were not informed about alot of things. First, they never told us they merged with Sunset Gardens. We thought my dad was at Advantage. That is where we wanted him because it's close to home. Second, we wanted to have a private family time(15 minutes) to just say our goodbyes. They did this with my mom with no problem. Not only was it going to cost over $220 dollars to view him, we would have to look through a window. Not what we wanted. We felt like my dad was on display and that's not what he would have wanted. Third, we had to call them 4 times because they didn't have information correct on his obituary. If they would have informed us about their changes, we would have gone somewhere else.

No Show
I was looking for Funeral homes to find what the cost would be for a cremation other services. Spoke with Dignity which Advantage is associate with.
I been travel 104 miles a day to be with my wife that is in the hospital for 32 days in ICU.
I had a appointment set up for July 9th. Call to have change to July 8th at 4:30pm. Was told no problem someone will be there.
No one showed up as of today July 15th 2022 I had called back at 5:14pm on July 8th. Sorry for this problem.
Called again to Dignity to set a new appointment for July 15th at 9:00am here July 15th 10:08am
no call no show.
Call to let Dignity and Advantage know. all I got was w are sorry.

Red Flag be careful with them.
Now I have call Fitzgerald up and was taken care of the day of my appointment which was July 10th.
