Just had an awesome experience at impact automotive. My granddaughter found a car a great price that she liked. They helped with finding insurance, answered all questions and truly cared about making sure she felt comfortable with buying an affordable yet dependable vehicle. Thank you so much for your knowledge, compassion, and real caring for her. Thank you so much...you truly care about your customers and their needs...and in these trying times you also brought back to me faith in people. Bough a vehicle from Rick at Impact Automotive and had a great experience. These guys stand behind the vehicles they sell - before, during, and after the sale. Rick went above and beyond addressing any questions and concerns I had with vehicle purchased. Even though I was shopping for a used vehicle (bound to have signs of use), Rick ensured any "deal breaker" issues (mostly cosmetic) were fixed and included in vehicle's original purchase price. When the vehicle triggered a "service engine" light shortly after purchase, a simple phone call and Rick had the vehicle in his shop a few times until the issue was resolved. There was never any resistance to providing exceptional customer service, and they never asked for an addition cent to fix these issues. Purchasing used vehicles in today's world, and the stigma behind "used car salesman," can leave one with feelings of skepticism. I am no longer skeptical about purchasing a vehicle from Rick and/or Impact Automotive. I will shop them 1st when in the market for my next vehicle. Thanks for everything, Rick!
