Wow. That's really all I can say. I was referred here by someone in the industry as a repair shop that repairs diesel and classic vehicles, both services I was needing. So I made an appointment a couple weeks' in advance and waited. Literally at the end of the day one business day prior to when I was supposed to drop off my vehicle I get a text message canceling the appointment. Not a telephone call, no, a text message. Clearly, customer service is not a consideration at this establishment. I would think if inhad a new customer, I would do whatever it took to keep them coming back, especially someone with multiple cars who spends lots on car repairs. But bullet dodged, I guess. I just wish my time hadn't been wasted. I could have my car repaired already somewhere where they value their customers rather than be treated like a used tissue. I wouldn't spend dime one to get this level of customer service.

This shop is reliable if you have a service vehicle that needs limited mechanical knowledge and professional repairs. The owner is good with communication but fails with customer care. The shop has allowed customer service to be a final priority.
The cost of the work is excessive.
The repairs take too long and your car will sit for an unneeded time in their lot of multiple cars needing repair.
There are other mechanic shops who are better and will respect your car and your time. Advise everyone to look for a better car repair shop.

They did the work fast, was very ignorant n persistent about how things r n goin to b, charge $110 per hour did not do exactly what I asked and ripped me off on the products I sold to them for the service, didn’t install all the parts I gave them n tried to keep them n didn’t finish his end of the bargain . Recommend u stay away n look somewhere else.
