Frost Family Pet Clinic

I am very impressed with Frost Family Pet clinic! Their service is amazing all the way from
the receptionist, to the Technicians and
doctors all of them have such a wonderful Way of handling all the animals. I have never felt so welcome to walk in to a veterinary office. I would rate them as one of the best in Rockford.

Excellent care given by the whole staff! Very clean there. Sonny wasn’t feeling well and when they took him back for X-rays, I could hear them loving him up and making sure he felt cared for and safe. He was so nervous going in (it was our first time at the clinic), but he had a huge smile on his face by the time we were leaving. This is our new primary vet for sure!

First time going there and I had an awesome experience. The staff is superb and I truly felt my dog was very well taken care of. I was in awe that I got a text from them, a week after my appointment, to check up on how my dog was doing. I am so happy to find such a caring veterinarian and her caring support staff. Kudos!!

When my dog was in pain, they squeezed me in after a cancellation. They really took their time explaining things to me and I appreciated that they even reviewed things with me that were beyond the reason for the visit. They were kind and accommodating when I had to keep calling for questions, and even followed up with me the next day to see how my dog was feeling. So glad we found this clinic!

A couple other great things: They put you in a room right away so you're not in a large waiting room with a bunch of dogs and they have scales that the dog can step on and it rises up so you don't have to pick your dog up and put them on a table (especially helpful for when they are in pain)

We brought our new puppy, Brewer in today for his second round of puppy vaccines. Such a great experience! Dr. Heather was amazing and her vet tech was equally as amazing. We used another animal clinic with our dog who passed in October and we felt as though we were just a “number”. We had a completely different feeling here. Thank you for making us all feel at ease with our new puppy. Keep up the amazing work! Can’t wait for Brewer’s next appointment.

Have only been here to put kitties to rest but the staff is always great and you can tell they care about your furry family members. Thank you to the staff for helping making a hard time easier.

The staff here are so friendly and caring. They take excellent care of my fluffy family members. They answer all questions with patience and kindness. My puppy doesn't freak out about having to see them even with a broken leg and the many visits that go with it.

I was super nervous for my dog n brought her here, everyone was super nice and helpful. I got an X-ray for my dog and everything was fine! And not expensive

I had to take my dog sheena in this morning to get her cremated. This Was my 1st time at frost. This is a very clean and most respected vet I have ever been to. So much compassion and very friendly. Its so hard to let go and say goodbye and this place knows how important your pet really is. I’m sad I had to let my dog go but also happy at the same-time that we found a vet for our dog that is still very young. Thank you again Frost pet clinic for knowing sheena was the world to
Us. Almost 15 long wonderful years we had with her.

I've had bad experiences with some vets, so I was ecstatic to find a vet who I love. They're always great with my dog, Pongo. They answer any questions I may have & I highly recommend them. 💖

I cannot express my gratitude enough for Frost Family Pet Clinic. When my dog needed medication, they went above and beyond. On a blizzard day, they contacted us and even drove through hazardous conditions to deliver the medication. Their care and dedication to our pets are truly angelic. We are endlessly thankful for their exceptional service and genuine love for animals.

I have gone to Frost Family Pet Clinic for more than a decade and have always been happy here. Lately, I really appreciate being able to email a question and receive a response. Although they are busy, like most veterinary practices, they go above and beyond to make our furry family members comfortable with their visits. My dogs have received accurate diagnosis here over the years, and all the staff is caring and helpful.

Absolutely love our new vet, they are very caring, explain things clearly. They took excellent care of our new baby "Bell" Dax and Kitto will meet them next year for their check up

We have used Frost Family Pet Clinic for all of our family pets. They have always been super professional, while friendly. From the first moment of contact, through the appointment and any necessary follow up, Frost Family Pet Clinic takes the time to make you feel heard and to truly care for your pets. Dr. Heather explains things in such a way that an average person can understand, without causing panic. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch care.

The people here clearly love dogs, even if the dogs are scared. They notice every little thing and explain what you should and shouldn't worry about. I also appreciate that they have a text arrivals system so you're not sitting in a room full of animals with different temperaments.

I completely recommend this vet for anyone looking for a new vet clinic. From the receptionist to the vet techs and the vets, they are always doing a great job with our dogs. I would say out of all the vets I have met, they have been the best with being compassionate, answering any questions we have and doing complete checks on our dogs. They care for animals and you can see that on how they take care of you.

Have a one year old Great Dane What a great experience! We moved to Rockford a couple years ago from the Twin Cities - what we've learned is not every Veterinary, or Veterinary clinic is adapt at caring for large breed dogs. We had a rather bad experience with another, "popular" clinic in town. We were advised to spay our Gal at 6 months of age - when we challenged the Vet Dr, that we thought that was too soon for a "giant breed", she reminded us that she had "16 yrs of experience..."

Our "new doctor" at Frost Family Veterinary Clinic was in synch with us, let our Big Gal (Minnie Pearl) go through a second heat, these pups need the hormones that a heat provides - when a body grows a 100-120 lbs the first year, it needs that infusion of hormones.

And aside from philosophical differences, the care and "bedside manners" where worlds apart from what we had experienced from the other larger clinic. These guys are a throw back in time, the entire team!
