It was a good service. They had snacks and drinks for us and even though the bank was a little slow and getting the money they kept us informed about what was happening with the transfer and everything that was going on. I would definitely use them again

I have had 2 closings here thus far. Midwest Title Services is probably the smoothest title company I have worked with. They are on top of everything and make sure all requirements are fulfilled for closing. One of my sellers was elderly and they actually did a house call to get documents signed. I appreciate them going above and beyond. I highly recommend their services!

Not happy. While working with this firm during a house purchase my information was hacked. The scammers had all the documents, employee names , forms etc. They claimed to be from Midwest title. . While working to get my funds ($48k) returned from the scammers that even used a local bank, I asked Midwest for their assistance. I was told by the manager as they were not the victims here there was nothing they would do to help me. It was not there problem.
Please be careful. Some companies care and some do not!
