helpfull staff great people, bought a bike..update after 3 years I redone my giant completely but still looks brand new, and love my bike still after 3 years.

I decided to go to Shosie’s to have some spring work done on my bike. I tend to agonize about choices like this but felt good about it based on reviews. I’m really glad that I made the choice. The work was fairly priced and the turn around time was very quick. I got some good advice on some longer term fixes for some issues I’ve been having. Also, you can tell that they put a lot of thought and care into each repair as they also fixed a few other things they found along the way of my requested repair. I will continue to give this local business my money whenever I can. 11/10 would recommend to a friend! Thank you for the honest and solid work Shosie’s!

These guys are great. Family owned for years and it shows. Friendly, fair pricing, good work. I have bought several bikes from them over decades and have loved every interaction. Just today, I stopped in unannounced and they installed a water bottle and holder on my bike for only the measly price of the parts and they kindly cleaned and filled the bottle with their own clean water from their home (upstairs). What more can you ask for?

We have purchased both of our children's bikes a year apart from Shosie's and the service was fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The amount of work that they put into getting my son's bike to fit him was amazing. They even took the time to swap tires on a mountain bike with gravel tires just to get his feet closer to the ground to see if it would fit. I can't say enough good things about this shop or the staff. I've always been a Trek guy but I can tell you my next bike will be a Giant from Shosie's. Buy your next bike here!

Brought a bike in to have it serviced and was told it might be a week, got a call that it was ready just a few days later. Amazing service, skilled owners and employees and a very friendly environment. This is an amazing shop to learn about and purchase a bike that's right for you or get tune-ups/service done. Please support local during these times, for the community and for the owners.

I went to Shosie's and had GREAT service. I worked with one of the associates named Tony and he helped me to find a bike that suited me AND was also in my price range. He didn't try to upsell me on features that I wasn't looking for.
I then had assistance from Bruce the owner who helped with fitting me for my bike and getting the right accessories. Bruce was very knowledgeable help helped me understand and compare products.
Everything went very well and I'm VERY happy with my new purchase.

Shosie's is definitely growing on me and in my top 2 of local shops. Bruce knows his stuff and never disappoints. He supports the local race scene like no other as well. Go to any race with bikes within an hour of his shop and you will see him or his employees there supporting things. For a relatively small shop, they tend to have a pretty good selection of useful parts too.

If you need a bike shop located in the NE Rockford/Loves Park area, this is the only shop to consider.

I bought my first bike and went the next day and bought a second bike. They are amazing! Knowledgeable, profession and kind. I also took a third bike to be serviced. Their prices are better than anyone else’s.

Great service as always! Needed some fenders for my Giant Cypress, and they knew what I needed and placed my order immediately! Just exactly what I wanted and even showed me how to install!

Went by this shop on a whim today , so glad I did...finally found a bag that fit my specs...Very nice people and nice prices...they have some clothing on sale too!

I took my bike in because it wasn't shifting right and the brakes were dragging. They gave it a tune up and a new chain, now it rides fabulously. It was fixed sooner than I expected.
