I just completed my lease after a year living here, and contrary to the lovely posts I found here, I feel that they were not comparable to my experience living there. I decided to buy a house, however if I would have chosen to keep renting, I would have stayed.

The apartment itself was nice, and the price was right. Wasn't Ramada Inn, but with expectations in the right place, it was cozy. During my time there I had only two maintenance issues involving leaky faucets, and both were fixed promptly.

After I moved out of the apartment, I got my deposit back. I didn't even particularly feel I did the best job cleaning, and I even left a burnt out light bulb in the bathroom. I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest that the people who complained in caps that they didn't get their deposits back really, really didn't deserve to.

My only beef with living here was the upkeep of the parking lot during the winter. I'm sure it's not easy getting a parking lot plowed when numerous tenants refuse to move their vehicles, but I found it mildly annoying and I learned quickly to drive extra slow. The side of the parking lot farthest from the building was always plowed though, since nobody parked there, so that's where I'd park my car.

All in all, if you're a decent tenant, this is a pretty nice place to live. I would recommend.

Me my 3 kids mind you my baby was 11 days old and my boyfriend lost our homes October 14th, 2020 due to some irresponsible neighbors underneath us burning down the entire building. I’m sure most of you know what happened but since I had the apartment it was overpriced and had some issues. The landlord or his maintenance men will happily walk into your apartment like they live with you. It takes forever to get anything fixed while I was there and since the fire I got my security deposit back but I wasn’t paid back for the rest of the month I paid for! They’re edging my calls and texts. I will be getting a lawyer involved because sorry you’re not getting half a month of rent when I don’t even live there. I want my money for October back! I paid for it and I don’t just give out free money. Very unprofessional and I always had my rent paid weeks ahead of time. For those who judge credit mine is bad and I have an eviction on my background because of another slumlord . When can anyone find a decent landlord these days?

AWEFULL....... Been there 10 years. Gave them 2 months heads up I was buying a house which was an emergency so a family member wouldn't be homeless. Cleaned EVERYTHING and pics to prove it. A window was cracked when I moved in n still wasn't fixed when I moved. Told them dishwasher and garbage disposal didn't work. He had maintained guy remove garbage disposal and didn't fix dishwasher since I didn't use it. So really I was paying for that stuff that was in the lease n it didn't work. There was a hole in ceiling when I moved in. Looked like from a hanging lamp. Wasn't from me. Worn out carpet when I moved in and who knows how long that was there before me. Same with all the other appliances. Window a/c looked so Dang old that it had air coming from all around it from outside. He took it to court n I didn't get a court date cuz I would have been there with my pics. He says I owe him almost $4000.00 . What fu**ing scammers all the way. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wish I would have read reviews first for sure... worst experience ever take money before showing u property run a background check without asking saying it for credit check the property they show s isn’t the property you think u will be looking at. The place they show u is 775 I wouldn’t make 100 to stay there it’s so out dated and run down so I’ll just be out 38 but seriously worse property management I’ve seen in my life and I like to move becuz I get bored places but I’ve never dealt with ppl like this in my life
