We had an online order and the young ladies checked to make sure everything was there as they passed it over to us. Everything was exactly as ordered, packed well, and delicious! Next time we are in the area we will definitely plan to stop here again. 😋

Had been wanting to stop by for a while however always came after 2. Finally had a chance to stop in and I have to say the staff are so welcoming. We needed help with buying a cake and they actually have a dedicated person that sits down and goes over everything with you. Very reasonable on the budget and lots of birthday cake options. Much better choice than large grocery store chains.

My husband and I used to go here every Saturday to buy the heavenly Snowball donuts! We moved out of state 3 years ago. We are in town to visit family and decided to go get some Snowballs on our way out of town, but they were sold out. Graciously, the girl behind the counter remembered us from 3 years earlier and went in the kitchen and made us a dozen to take home with us!! Thank you so much! You made our day and trip!

Omg! The best donuts in town imho... moist, tender and not over glazed. Their cranberry scones have become a craving and I can't wait for a special occasion that calls for a cool cake or decorated cookie!

I had By the Dozen make my donuts for my wedding and they were so good! I had to hide a couple under the table to save them for the next day because they were all eaten in a blink of an eye! Highly recommend!

My office in Rockford orders a birthday cake once a month for employees. We took a break during covid and are back at it. We choose the flavor of the cake and give the baking experts a theme and they have never disappointed us! The most recent theme was "Beach" and boy did they knock it out of the park! They do such beautiful work and the cake is so perfectly delicious every time. Their donuts are also BUSSING! 10/10 highly recommend these amazing, wonderful, creative people!

I just wasn’t able to get one in time. Oh speaking of time, they are super quick. I ordered my Grandson’s first birthday cake from them. I was super excited about the way it turned out and how yummy it tasted! They did an amazing job on the monsters. It was easy to order and the young lady that helped me was very patient with me and my indecisiveness! Everyone at the birthday party enjoyed the cake as well! The doughnuts they have here are yummy as well!

It’s been years since I had visited and I believe they’ve done a lot to update the interior. The shop is so cute and they have A LOT to offer! We went in for donuts with our kiddos and we were not disappointed- delicious donuts with a pleasant staff and everything was very clean. We will be back!
