We have used Macktown Construction for a few projects over the years and are always thrilled with the results! The most recent was our master bathroom remodel. From the design process til the final walkthrough, everything was smooth and professional. We were always kept up to date on progress daily in person or thru the app. What we liked the most was how Derek thought ahead on every step of the process. This saved us time and made the final project better than expected! His attention to detail was amazing and went as far as his impeccable clean up at the end of every day!

If you are considering a remodel we recommend Mactown Construction. Not only are they friendly and personable, but they are also good listeners and knowledgeable. They will listen to your needs, your “wants,” and your suggestions.
The staff is respectful of budgets and works hard to stay on budget. Ginger is the designer at Mactown. She is “top notch.” She listens and gives suggestions when asked, always keeping your budget and designer objectives in mind.

We hired Macktown Construction to remodel our master bathroom after looking at their favorable reviews online. They were very competitive in price and did an excellent job.

Everyone from their company was friendly and professional. Chad was my main contact and was very responsive whenever I contacted him. Matt spent the most time at our house doing the demolition and most of the remodel aspects. My husband, who can be quite picky, has been very impressed with his tile work and is still looking for a flaw somewhere.

They were very responsive to changes we requested and did their best to accommodate our design vision. (For example, we did not want there to be a step up into the shower but short of major structural changes that wasn't possible. However, they were able to make the step up as small as possible even though it required more delicate tile work.)

The only downside to the engagement was the time frame for completion but most of that wasn't within their control. We started the week after Thanksgiving. Demolition was completed very quickly but getting all the inspections took a little time, as we were warned. Due to holidays, bad weather, waiting for the vanity and a new tub (the first one was broken) and waiting on some sub-contractors, the job took 9 weeks for full completion versus a 5-7 week estimated completion. I know that Macktown was as frustrated as we were with this delay.

Overall we are extremely happy with our renovation and would definitely work with Macktown Construction again.

They repaired my garage over the winter after a car drove through it. I was worried it was going to be a long process, but thank goodness it wasn't. A friend referred me to Macktown and I am so glad she did. They were very prompt in getting me an estimate and getting the job scheduled. They gave me a time-line, and everything went according to schedule. The workers were courteous and professional, and they did a fantastic job. My kichen is the next project and I will definitely be calling Macktown.

This is the second time we have used Macktown and we will be happy to work with them in the future. The owners are the nicest people and very reliable. Chad is excellent at managing the project and the team. First, Ginger is an expert and planning the kitchen. It turned out perfect. She helped with the accent tile, the backsplash tile and the floor tile and it went well with the quartz counter. I was speechless when I saw it all installed. The cabinets are wonderful with pull out shelves and two pantry cabinets. it is a very functional kitchen and so nice to use.
The primary bath was beautifully updated. We were able to have a second sink and a linen cabinet added. Of course the cabinets were replaced and there is new tile.
The main level flooring was replaced with beautiful oak and there is tile at the entrance.
We had finishing and flooring done in part of the basement making it a beautiful usable space.
Our neighbors told us that all the workers were polite when working here. We can’t thank the Macktown team enough for all that they did for us on this project and we are very happy with it.

I've worked with Tony, Cassie, and the team at Macktown for the last several years as a business coach and would highly recommend them! They continue to streamline their systems, train their team, and improve their knowledge and skills to deliver a wonderful remodeling experience to their clients. Macktown posted updates each day as the project progressed. Informed us when they would be at the house. We will use Macktown for any future projects. Couldn’t be happier and everyone who worked on the project wanted to make sure we were happy with the work.

There work was the best quality. The attention to detail was fantastic. We had had them install subway tiles on all og the walls in out bathroom and every grout line is dead straight . Not one crooked like. All the subcontractors were fantastic. They kept the job clean we were very professional.

I have used Macktkown Construction for many projects over the years. They are an awesome company! From the beginning of the project to the end, they deliver the highest quality of work. They show up when they say they will be there. They involve you in all decisions and make helpful suggestions if you are unsure what you want. The quality of their work is of the highest caliber. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. An excellent company.

Macktown and staff guided us through a bathroom renovation whose goal was to upgrade enough to sell the house. The end product was more than and "upgrade" - beautiful, detailed (oh so many details), timely in the doing and GREAT attention to all the issues, including painting and returning to touch up areas. I am a "picky customer", and Macktown was excellent as was the fabulous team of painters from Iverson, who also painted our exterior and mended and replaced areas that rotted. I would use them again and again if we were still living there!! Absolute BEST in the area.

Any time we'd call with questions or concerns during our project, Chad would put us at ease immediately and show up if necessary. He always stayed calm and courteous and truly helped the process stay as stress-free as possible. We appreciate the hard work put in by the entire crew, especially Chris. Loved coming home to a clean/tidy house during our renovations and addition. Macktown made living in the construction zone very manageable. Also appreciated the daily updates and photos with the app, Buildertrend which also put our mind to ease during the process. Very happy with our new addition and kitchen!

We had some hidden water damage inside a wall. Macktown Construction did a phenomenal job diagnosing the issue, and completing the necessary work to repair the damage. Extremely high quality work. Exceptionally competent crew to perform the work. Professional. Timely. So glad we had them do the project. Highly recommend.

Quite simply, hiring Macktown Construction was the best decision I made with regards to my whole house renovation.
I met with Chad initially to discuss the extensive remodeling project, and I immediately knew I was in good hands.
Once the renovation began, both Chad and Dave were my main contacts. Throughout the process, they both proved to be not only friendly, professional and accommodating, but also honest and trustworthy. A home renovation can be a stressful project, but as the renovation progressed, a sense of comfort replaced much of the stress. Chad and Dave were always on top of things and they always did things the right way. Their only concern was that the work was at the highest level and that my expectations were met.
And I can honestly say that the final results exceeded my expectations. The house is stunning. The quality of the work is exemplary.

Macktown Construction did a great job finishing up a kitchen remodeling project for us. Their prices were fair, but more importantly the quality of work was excellent and everyone that worked with us was friendly and helpful. I am over the moon with how my home looks after Macktown Construction cane in and worked their magic. The crew were always on time Dave and Chad always kept me informed if when they would be doing certain jobs and the job were done on time the work was beautiful. When I would add additional jobs I was told ok you don't need to worry we will take care if it and it was done. They have a very talented crew and caring as well. I loved the ease getting our addition completed. We had interior and exterior renderings of the project by the second visit. We were able to pick the finishes and materials we wanted with a wide variety for our budget. The thing that was absolutely the best was the scheduler app which kept us updated on everything: from work completed each day including photos, to what to prepare for and any homework or payments that were coming up. The quality of the work make us know that they care about how happy we are with everything and that they are professional in every aspect of their work.
I can’t wait to think up the next project!
