Illinois International Travel

We used Illinois International Travel for our first ever cruise. It was to Alaska. I personally feel we did the best first so now it is hard to pick where we want to go next. We are talking about cruising around the Hawaii Islands. We just need more information. The staff was excellent and provided us with a tour guide when we needed her. We truly felt safe on this cruise.

I havent flown in almost 20 years and these ladies here are top notch!! Very friendly and very easy to work with!! For sure would recommend them to anyone booking any type of vacation!!

We enjoyed a wonderful tour. We felt safe and well cared for during our time in New York. Our guide Wendy is knowledgeable and helpful with all concerns and planning of activity even with what we planned on our own. Can’t imagine a better way to Tour. The Hotel and Bus personnel we also were great to us.

Just booked a trip with 8 family members and Lisa Bronkema is simply amazing. Very detail oriented. I will always go thru her for our travel needs. She loves to help people and I can tell she likes her job. I feel so much better. She took care of everything from bus or limo options, airfare, hotel, rental veh and gave us ideas of restaurants and things to do.

I went through Illinois International Travel years ago for a trip to the Middle East. Their Bible land tours were excellent! Egypt, Jordan and Israel. And the following year to Italy, Greece and Turkey. 25 years later, those memories & experiences are still with me.

Lisa has been so patient, and understanding in having to cancel one ticket and book another due to a family tragedy. Thank you, for being a kind, passionate lady.

Booked a second trip with ITT in Oct of 2019, paid a $250.00 personal check which was required of them to reserve a spot in the Best of europe trip happening in March 2021. Paid the balance in full in Oct 2019 what they required. Trip was postponed (letter from IIT in March 2021)due to restricted travel (covid 19). No mention of a refund but rescheduled for the following year 2021and was told that I should be grateful that the europe tour company which ITT uses will honor our price except for any flt adjustment incurred that I would have to pay extra. First of all,I paid in full for 2020 not 2021. Sharon and other staff members were extremely rude during the phone conversation , and when I asked if a refund could be issued. She yelled "no refunds will be given"! Not even an option for a credit. She also said you can talk to the owner Mr. Molsen . He was also rude and said get your money from the travel insurance you purchased, because we are no issuing any refunds! Couldn't beleive the owner himself said that! I finally requested a refund through my credit card minus the deposit of $250.00. I called ITT again in Janunary 2021 to see if this $250.00 could be refunded since the 2021 trip was cancelled, spoke to Sharon again and her rudeness still was with her and she told me that you got a refund through your credit company which caused a lot of problems for us, this company is going under and you won't get that money! She yelled at me through the phone again! Absolutely NO customer service just plain rude! Few days later I wrote a letter to Mr. Molsen and guess what, he never responded to my letter!
