Angie has been doing my taxes and also a friend of mine recommended her to me. We both have continued with her for a few years now. She is wonderful and we are very satisfied, and in my case she has been personable, supportive, and nonjudgemental. Please use your critical thinking when reading any of these negative reviews, I can't believe I am seeing any such thing. Angie is not responsible for the IRS being slow after she submits your return and forms, call the IRS. The IRS is very understaffed. If you don't keep your status with the IRS in good standing, you are responsible for communicating with Angie about that, she is not responsible for things that you do not convey. Angie is very highly credentialed, professional, and accomodating.

My husband and I enjoy working with Angie, shes super personable and knowledgeable and always answers our questions. She has done our personal taxes for about seven years and I would recommend her!

My husband and I just started a business and we were feeling very overwhelmed by it all. However, when we met with Angie, she thoroughly explained what the state and federal government would require. She went above and beyond for us. She also helped us out with using Quickbooks. We couldn't thank her enough! She's very kind and patient and we are looking forward to continuing to do business with her.

Angie is the best! I trust her to prepare my taxes to the best of her ability! I would recommend her to anyone!

It really saddens me to be leaving a negative review after years of loyalty but I am not impressed at all with Agi Tax Solutions this year. We filed an amendment back in August and haven't seen or heard a thing even after calling multiple times. And against my better judgment we still went with her to file our taxes this year because we trusted the last time was just an off encounter. We filed in early middle February and still have yet to receive anything. We've called multiple times and have only received a single call back that instructed to just keep waiting. An additional few weeks later and still have not received a dime with no explanation. It's really disheartening we trusted in this business for so long and have given multiple successful recommendations to be treated like we are not important. I don't know where we'll be going next year to file our taxes but unfortunately it will not be here. I highly suggest any one considering using this business for the next tax year to reconsider.

Was amazing at first but as time went on she just seemed to care less and less. Really tried to work with her and just try to get answers from her. Ive called about a handful times just recently only to recieve 1 call back, and only answer 2 of my questions. Out of my many questions i had left a message about. Im really dissapointed lately.

I would look elsewhere. Angela made a bunch of mistakes on my returns & practically said, "whoops, too bad." She "assumed" that I paid my estimated taxes a year before resulting in penalties & sending me to collections. Then when asking her to fix it by filling out a form for me, she ignored my email & has not gotten back to me. She's definitely new into this profession & doesn't know the in's & out's & how to save money via tax deductions or other methods. Hope to save someone else the problems I had to endure for a year after coming here.
