Lonnie's Carpetmax

We were looking for a remnant for our fire pit area. We wanted to add a top cap and corner piece to make our seating area pop!
I should mention, the fire pit was built by another company who did not offer granite options. From the moment we stepped into Lonnie's Stone Crafters we were impressed! David greeted us and walked us through the whole process. David took us through the showroom and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Next step their scheduler called and set up a time to measure and then offered a time to see the plans, and then scheduled an install date. All with one phone call! So efficient! The gentleman who measured was professional and even encouraged us with design. The installers were on time and did an excellent job! We love it! We were extremely impressed with Lonnie's. Their professionalism, their efficiency, the quality of their products and the quality of their work! Definitely recommend them and would use them again!

We got many prices on hardwood floors and we decided to do Lonnie’s.
Our sales guy Andrew answered all our questions and the installation crew has done a great job. We definitely made the right choice and highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.

We have purchased carpet, wood flooring and vinyl flooring from Lonnie’s. We had to replace the master bedroom carpet since the 1995 install and other suppliers carpet and padding just doesn’t hold up. As has been said, the padding is a good share of the carpet longevity. Lonnie’s uses a much higher quality padding as the other two bedrooms carpet installed in 1995 still feel like new.
We had issues with some grout cracking on some vinyl flooring squares installed in 2019 and the service department has been out twice to repair the grout no problem. I recently called the service department regarding some squeaking in the wood flooring installed in 1995. Chris and Larry came out and fixed it. Lonnie’s has great quality and a fantastic service department standing behind their product and installation. I will no longer purchase flooring from anyone else. I endorse Lonnies whole heartedly. They stand behind what they sell!

I truly had the most positive experience from the time I walked into Lonnie’s. Our salesman, Rob, provided us with helpful friendly and attentive service. Lee and Chris were the best installers I could’ve asked for. They were so quick, clean and professional. Did a beautiful job and when they left you couldn’t even tell they were here. Great service and installation was very professional. We worked with Travis for ordering our flooring and looking for back splash options. He was always so helpful and found us the perfect flooring for our home. Mike, John and Jr took the time to make sure floor was prepared properly before installation. Couldn't be happier with our experience with Lonnie's Carpet Max. Starting with our salesperson, Bob, and everyone we had contact with. The guy who came and measured, the person who scheduled the work and both the guys who put down our laminate floor. Professional all the way through. Installation was flawless.

Daniel was our installer, he was great, we had five rooms of laminate installed. Everything was perfect. He cleaned up after himself, took all the garbage with him was very happy with the service. The flooring looks great.

I had a very smooth, professional experience at Lonnie's. From the salesman to production, there was always an open line of communication and all representatives returned my calls within a very reasonable amount of time. They were very thorough with explaining all the details of pricing, materials and what to expect with the install. The installers I had made me feel comfortable enough to allow them to install while I was not home. Enough said for them. Exceptional skill in installation by Lee, gluing laminate over a difficult concrete floor in my breezeway. I never thought such an installation was even possible, and am now delighted.

They have always done an amazing job. This is the third time I hired them and I will continue to do so in the future. Everything was easy and clear. The installers were wonderful. They did a good job and left the place in good order.

We went to Lonnie's on a recommendation from a co-worker. Our salesperson Brian was fantastic! He was able to work out the schedule for the install of our 5 rooms of carpet, 2 rooms of vinyl laminate and one room of restoring the beautiful hardwood that exists in our new home. We were thankful for all of the crews that came out, they were expedient and completed the jobs with a minimum of fuss. The best crew were our carpet installers! We replaced countertops in our kitchen, laundry, and bathroom and are very happy with the service provided by Lonnies. The selection of stone was good and the entire process from the initial meeting where all the options were presented to the measuring, and finally, to the installation. The whole process was good and I would recommend them

I would recommend this place for carpet. They did our whole upstairs and carpeted the stairs as well. The installers worked really hard and did a nice job. They did have to do it in two trips due to the amount of carpet we had laid down. I like the selection in the showroom! A nice variety and well displayed. The sales person was not pushy which I appreciated. So many places you go they seem to follow you like sharks in the water! Not here! They let you know that they are there if you need them and are more than willing to offer suggestions and help you pick out what's right for your home. They had a nice selection of other types of flooring as well. We were getting ready to sell our home and needed a nice gray carpet that would go nicely with our Woodwork and wall paint and we found a good deal there! Will definitely go there again in the future.

Great place to work with David Greenlee was very helpful finding us what we wanted and worked with us a lot to help us get something that we could afford for our home. The installers were also very professional and got the install done fairly quickly and they did a very nice job with making the corners meet and making sure all the pieces went together very seamlessly. It's only been installed a week so time will tell of the quality of the install but they did a very nice job putting it in.

Amazing! Was working with a competitor and ended up having nothing but problems with them. Saw on Lonnies website they carried the same 2 brands of flooring we were looking at. Walked in and was greeted by Rob, discussed the problems we were having. Rob came out to our house and measured 2 days later and got the quote to me next day. Everything was explained in an easy to read quote. They beat the price at the competitor. Definitely earned all my future business

We just had carpet installed in our basement. The young man that did the install was very kind and considerate. We love our new carpet. The only issue I have is that he marked up a couple spots on our brand new trim. He did apologize, but it’s still hard seeing something you worked so hard on have to be repaired before the space was even complete. Despite that issue, I would still recommend Lonnie’s.

Has a great variety of carpet, tile, laminate, area rugs etc.
