I went yesterday to get a battery for my watch which turned out to be defective.I just love them they are so helpful and so sweet.they even gave me an idea to get some great lunch.Id love to say thank you gentlemen and beautiful lady.

Chris at the perryville store was an Awesome tech, he made sure I was happy with the install. The guy that took my call was also very helpful and courteous. Couldn't be more pleased. The guys at the Riverside store have always been very helpful as well Batteries plus you have some great people helping people !

Overall service and affability of the contact person was exemplary. I bought online, but the item was not in stock at my store of choice. I was quickly contacted and asked how I wanted to proceed. After gaining permission to order the part, it arrived in the stated amount of time. Again, the phone contact was quick, efficient, and pleasant. I went to two auto stores and told me their computer said my battery was a difficult battery to replace and I needed to go to an auto shop. I went to Batteries Plus and they had no problem replacing my battery! Friendly and efficient team!

I want to give a shout out to Joe & Nick at the Rockford location. They were friendly, professional, and courteous. We asked about a cell phone battery, as my sister's phone was dead. Wouldn't charge or turn on. They helped install the SD card from the old phone into the new phone. We were able to retrieve all the photos & videos. Very happy with the customer service! Great job guys!

I go there all the time. They have great ideas and solutions to most my needs. They find me bulbs all the time. Usually walk out knowing something new each time. I suggest talking to them first be it a battery, bulb, flashlight, broken phone screen, or even power tool questions.

Got replacement Duracell batteries for my wife's and my car, and the price was at least $10 lower than anywhere else, including Sam's Club. Plus, I had an Internet coupon for 10% off, which they honored for both.
And, they even installed the one in my car while I was there for free. Tech was very careful, even spraying the terminals to prevent corrosion. Install was done in about 5 minutes. I'd go back! No complaints. I've rarely gone there for batteries in the past, because they were very expensive. But now, it looks like they're trying to be competitive.

They were absolutely amazing with their customer service. It took only a few minutes for the to find what battery I needed, replace it and I was on my way. When I arrived home my garage door opener worked fabulously. Thank you so much.

I’ve been to the Rockford on Perryville location twice this week. The store is easy to find and very well put together. Once to get new batteries in my car remotes and once to have a new car battery installed. Nick helped me both times; he is very knowledgeable, friendly, and gets you in and out as quickly as he can without sacrificing customer service. I highly recommend the Perryville location and when you visit ask for Nick!

I was putting in a new battery to my Iphone 6s. I had and epic failure. Screws fell away and disappeared on the floor. I brought it in a 900am. Sunday going on vacation. I needed that phone. 943 am. Success. Very helpful staff and reassuring.

Brought in some watched for batteries and was told the price up front. It was done in 10 minutes because I had 4 one being particularly hard to open so he referred me to a jeweler. He was very nice.

I have 2 Quantum Turbo battery packs that serve as flash power sources for my photography business. I needed to replace the battery component within the units after years of use. I worked with a fellow named Mitch. He was fantastic in responding to my needs. He patiently disassembled both the units and replaced the batteries.
