Amazing service. Only place that actually had my phone screen in stock. I called like 20 different repair shops. They also seem to have cheap good quality used laptops also. They were able to fix my phone in under an hour. Would definitely recommend.

My family and I have used this company several times now for iPhone screen and battery replacements. They are very professional and always do a great job. They now offer Apple OEM replacement parts and repair for Apple products. That’s huge!

Had a problem with my screen and they were able to fix it quickly. The manager and owner are very easy to work with and they were professional, went above and beyond to accommodate. Ive fixed quite a few devices here. All employees are very cool.I would definitely recommend.

I brought my phone in after it was exposed to water. They were able to fix my phone in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. The communication was great and the staff was friendly. I would not hesitate to bring my phone here again, but hopefully I don't have to. :)

What a wonderful local repair shop. I dropped my phone and it shattered the glass over the wide lens camera. I thought I would have to purchase a new phone. This company had the broken glass removed and replaced all in the same day. Within two hours, I had my phone back with a working camera.

The location is very convenient for drop off. The customer service is excellent. The store is very clean. My son told me about this location. I had no idea this was in Shorewood. I highly recommend this location for your phone repair needs.

Wife's cellphone battery was going bad. Needed to be replaced. Found Cell Phone Repair through google reviews. Filled out online estimate and a few hours later I had an estimate. Very quick response. Took the phone in and Brandon handled our order. He is very courteous and knowledgeable . The repair only took about 20 minutes. Price was great. Much lower than I expected. If your phone is giving you trouble I would highly recommend this store.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Here's my recent experience.

My dogs chewed my phone screen. I called them, and others. Their prices were the best by a SIGNIFICANT amount! Their time to fix was the best!

So I was excited (see exclamation points above) but as a 55 yo person I realize that most things in life are never as good as they seem.

I dropped the phone off on a Thursday and it was done by Tuesday -- screen ordered and put on. Of course they told me it would take longer (you were foiled by the post office! the one and only time it foiled anyone by being on time!) than it did so I had to pick it up sooner. Such a pain!!! (I hope no one is taking my sarcasm seriously, if you are...sigh.)

So. To recap, work done perfectly. Phone done fast. Price better than all other prices. The highest quote I got was $100+ more than they were. The quoted prices varied a lot but in all, CPR was the best.

And what do they do, other than take care of their customers? I was cutting it close because I didn't realize they had the phone done so I called and said I may be a few minutes late and they offered to stay so I could pick up my phone! Traffic gods smiled on me so I was there 4 minutes before closing.

This business should be your first, and only stop, when your dogs chew your phone.

EDIT: My dogs chewed my other phone last night. Now...in my defense I only went to fold laundry. The good thing is I know who to call when they open up at 10 am.

I busted the screen on my iPhone pretty good. I brought it to Best Buy at first and they told me that I needed to buy a “new unit” and that they didn’t have it at the store and would have to order it directly from Apple. It would take up to 3 days. According to them, I couldn’t just get the screen replaced. I took my phone to CPR in Shorewood and they said it was only a screen replacement, and they had it done in an hour! And they’re polite, which is hard to come by these days. Enough said!

Had an exceptional experience here! Cracked my Samsung 10 + screen. Very reasonably priced. Explained the process throughly, kept great communication and took a hour and half. Lifetime warranty on screen. Brandon is awesome! Thank you all soooo much!!

My laptop was painfully slow, and files couldn't be opened. Josh was absolutely wonderful. He contacted me in no time with my estimate and what needed to be done. He was so knowledgeable and took his time explaining what was done along with suggestions of how to improve it's performance further. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I was able to call and get a possible estimate over the phone. When I stopped in Brandon was very professional and helpful. Phone repair was reasonable and done within promised time frame. I would definitely return to this store for any repairs.

I was greeted by several friendly young gentlemen who were extremely helpful with replacing my cell phone battery. Very courteous, prompt, and efficient! I was introduced to the owner Larry and several employees who gave me great followup information for future services. I will be using their services again very soon!

My daughter had a shattered screen on her iPhone. Apple/Geek Squad quoted over $500 and said that it was damaged internally and most likely unrepairable. Josh and Brandon had the screen changed and in perfect working condition after an hour, and it was 1/2 the cost of Apple!! Thank you gentlemen, you now have a forever customer!!!

I called first and got a message the first few times because everyone was busy, but when I got through, Rhonda was very pleasant and answered all my questions about replacing the battery in my Samsung Galaxy S7.

I dropped my phone off the next day with Larry who did all the paperwork quick and courteously. My phone was ready in about an hour! Other places I talked to said I had to leave my phone anywhere from 2.5 hours to overnight.

When I picked up my phone my debit card was not reading on the card reader. No problem. Rhonda typed it and completed the transaction with a smile and a thank you. I'm very satisfied to do business with this quality of people and service!

My iPad had an issue charging. I’d have to get the lighting cord “just right” for it to take a charge. Brandon at CPR was familiar with the issues that could be causing this. He gave me three price points based on which of the three likely issues was causing the problem. The repair turned out to be the simplest and least expensive. Brandon provided updates via phone throughout the process. It was a great experience, and I would use their services again. I highly recommend CPR of Shorewood.
