This was by far my favorite jewelry store in Galena. There were many options available in all sizes sorted very well and organized. Real sterling silver jewelry. There’s a variety of styles to choose from. The man at the register was very kind and friendly. They also have an upstairs with holiday decor all year long. Loved the place so much I came back to buy more rings.

This place has so many varieties of collectibles !! There’s vintage signs, various jewelry, toys, T-shirt’s, cool wall decor...so much stuff! Such a neat old building too being on a cool corner location. Worth a stop for sure!

personally, this is my favorite store in downtown galena. i always come here to look for christmas presents. there are a variety of gifts and collectibles, so it is worth checking out for present ideas! they have stained glass, tshirts, glass figurines, jewelry, sunglasses, different types of artwork, and snowglobes and music boxes upstairs! they are a bit pricey, but that can be said about every place in galena.

I've shopped here before and it's definitely on my list to come back to. A little bit pricey but they have to make a living too. Beautiful corner location.

Lots of interesting things, prices are a little bit high

Fun things to look at, though it's overpriced, I actually found products from the same brand at other stores for double the price for what I paid for.

They had some kitschy items and an interesting jewelry selection. The proprietor didn’t seem too interested in engaging with us.

They had nice things in this store. My husband and I wanted to purchase a few items. When we got in line, there were 2 couples in front of us. Only 1 lady worked in the whole store. This lady decided to have a long conversation with this couple not caring how long other people in line had to wait. We waited patiently. When we finally got up to the counter to pay, she was friendly and talked our ear off. But then she changed her tune and asked what my husband did for a living. & She started debating with him and patronizing him. She's very unprofessional. I wanted to return our purchase but I didn't want to deal with her. Very rude lady. It's unfortunate.

I was so surprised by the treatment I received while at this shop, that it prompted me to leave a review. Now that I am reading them all, We all have the rude counter lady in common. She spoke badly to not only me but a few others while I was there. She then mistreated a fed ex delivery man who was just trying to make his delivery to her shop. I never made a purchase, even though I wanted to before all the verbal abuse. But at the end of the day I will not support a business that doesn't not value it's customers! If this woman is not the owner, the owner is a fool for keeping her employed there! Way to many shops on that strip that appreciate there customers to shop here!😡

The women who works here is rude. I've noticed other reviews same as I am. She accused my friend of trying to steal items. It wasn't true, the store clerk was critical of other stores. She didn't like that I was wearing a mask in the store, if you want to be safe don't shop in this store. The owners are losing money because of her. I talked to the person who works in the chamber of commerce, they will speak to the owners and tell them that they should not criticize other stores.
I wish I could give this store a negative star review.

The only reason they are getting one star is in order to leave a review in words I have to leave at least 1 star. I went into the store found a shirt that I liked and a bracelet was still shopping the man asked if I would like him to hold my items behind the counter While I finished shopping. So while I was finishing my shopping the rude older lady behind the counter sold my shirt to someone else. They did not have another one In my size. So then they decided to try to sell me other stuff instead Which in my opinion is being way too pushy. So my suggestion to anyone who shops there Don't give your items to them to Hold because they don't hold it.

My sisters and I made a point of stopping here to buy some hanging crystals. The entire time we were looking over the selection, the only clerk in the store was on the phone discussing a property he had for rent. We made our selections and waited. The clerk continued to talk to his potential renter on the phone, while people gathered at the counter, hoping to be waited on. He did not get off the phone or make any effort to cut the conversation short. We decided to leave and return later.
We returned later in the afternoon and immecdiately lined up around the counter, since we all knew what we were going to purchase. There was one customer in front of us. The clerk was helping her when we arrived and upon finalizing that sale, he went upstairs without even acknowledging our existence or offering any communicatinig to us, at all. We walked all through the store, looking at items, while we waited for the clerk to return. After several minutes, it was obvious he had no interest in taking care of the three customers he left waiting at the counter. We left without making any purchases and will likely never return again.

Had a terrible experience with the same rude female clerk that everyone else has commented on. Left the store without purchasing anything and will never spend another penny there.
It’s unbelievable that there are complaints about her from 3 years ago and longer, yet she’s still there. I’d be surprised if she’s the owner but I can’t believe any rational business person would keep this unhappy, unfriendly, and unhelpful person there representing their business.
