For starters I would like to say I am 54 years old and I’ve never experienced better customer service anywhere. Tom and his team are excellent and what they do and they’re full of knowledge and they’re always willing to help even if something wasn’t purchased there. One of Toms employees Josh walked me through A somewhat large purchase today and was excellent to work with! I could go on and on about this place. Tom and Josh thanks again.

I picked up my photos from Camera Craft today and am so happy with their work. Tom helped me with my order and was very helpful and friendly, both on the phone and in person. I had uploaded some older photos to be printed and was concerned with how they would turn out but they came out perfect! Thanks Tom and Josh.

Tom will make sure your business is appreciated and you have all the knowledge you need to make the purchase. When they encourage you to shop local this store is the epitome of why. You aren't spending any more money than if you were to go to Best Buy plus you get trusting business relationship out of it. Josh did a fantastic job showing me all the options I had not considered and I ended up buying a set up that wasn't even on my radar! Overall great place to purchase your camera needs.

I can't say enough good things about Camera Craft! I'm extremely thankful to have such a quality camera shop so close to me. Walked in needing to upgrade my 12 year old camera, expected to order a new Canon R6, but was able to walk out with the camera and everything I need to start using it! Tom and Josh are so personable as well. They take the time to actually get to know their customers. I can't wait to stop in again sometime soon!

Great location, 3 minutes off I-90. Staff was AWESOME! We had LOTS of questions, needed quite a few things before leaving for a photography program. Honest and helpful. David made sure we had exactly what we needed, and made sure everything we bought was compatible with our camera. It was very refreshing to be able to have someone so knowledgeable help guide us. Definitely recommend this camera shop.

Owner Tom Brady has been fantastic!! I went in to find a starter camera for my niece and to upgrade my DSLR to a mirrorless. Tom spent a lot of time with us to make sure we were comfortable with the cameras. And he's been available to help answer questions after our purchase. Tom is top-notch with customer service!!

I bought myself a Sony A6500 from Camera Craft about a month ago, and this review on how excellent Camera Craft's service was is long overdue. I was using multiple cards and cash to pay for the camera and even though one of my cards didn't go through and another one didn't go through immediately, Tom, the owner, helped me for over an hour in trying to resolve these issues. He eventually helped me get my stuff sorted out and the transaction went smoothly from there. I'm very grateful Tom was willing to take such a big chunk out of his day in order to help me. Along with their excellent service, the staff is also very knowledgeable. I was looking for an adapter to adapt old film lenses to my A6500 and the staff member I talked to was able to find the adapter within 15 seconds. Said staff member also informed me about all of the possible quirks that come with using an adapter like the one I bought and it became clear the Camera Craft staff all have a lifetime's worth of knowledge about their products and cameras in general, more knowledge than I could ever hope to have. Once again, big thanks to Tom and the rest of the Camera Craft staff for your dedication to providing excellent service.

You can't get better than Camera Craft!! They set the bar in terms of products and customer service! I recently sent an email asking advice and the president Tom replied right away from home! He then forwarded my message onto David to assist me and check on inventory. David replied immediately and on Labor Day!! I was there yesterday and was assisted by Rebecca who was so friendly and helpful. I wasn't surprised at all but they continue to impress me. Even Tom (who was very busy) came over just to meet me. Camera Craft offers the BEST service hands down!! They offer a wide range of equipment, including very well priced used equipment, and go above and beyond in customer service! They make you feel so welcome and their knowledge can't be beat! I will remain a loyal and very thankful customer!!

Josh had some pretty big shoes to fill just by being hired. I walked in with a broken lens dilemma and he was fantastic! Patient, informative, honest and interested. He solved my multi-layer problems. Genuine customer service is rare these days, but Josh is the poster child for doing it right. Clone him Tom.

Appreciate the attention they give their customers. Willing to share their knowledge and information even if it involves supports from outside their store. Incredibly knowledgeable and always the first choice for anything photography related. They cleaned the sensor on my wife's camera as soon as I brought it in. Keep up the great customer service.

I decided to stop in to see if there was an issue with my camera (it appeared to not function properly). Within 15 seconds of entering the store, Tom came by and asked what he could help me with. After describing the problem, he examined the camera and explained all I needed to do was make a simple adjustment. He showed me what the adjustment was, explained when to use it, and made sure I was happy with the solution.

Afterwards, he informed me of the workshops that are available through the store (some free, some not), and answered any additional questions I had. Tom was kind, patient, and informative (the opposite of a pushy salesman). I'm just starting to get into photography, and because of the customer service Tom provided, Camera Craft will be my first stop for my camera needs moving forward.

Hanna walked me through my options, answered all of my questions, and matched me up with the perfect camera. One of my best investments!

TOM BRADY is the best guy to come to make any purchase when it comes to cameras and photography equipment! I came in ready to fully equip my photography studio and this man guided me all the way in finding professional strobe lights and explaining to me how they work and sold me a great lens that I was looking for also helped me prepare a nice set up for back drops. Am ready to start off in my photography business after visiting the camera store and meeting tom Brady!Best part is I spent alote less than what I was thinking I was going to spend coming in and I mean Alote! Tom Brady made sure I got everything and wanted and even told me what I didn't need which is very honest and makes me want to come back and consider him a great guy to do business with!This is my new favorite store!

The store has a great selection of products and the staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Forget big-box stores that try to upsell you on junk, where the floor associates aren't interested in helping you make an informed purchase appropriate to your personal needs. If you're ever looking for photography or videography equipment this is the only stop you need to make.

I wasn't even disappointed that the owner is not, in fact, New England Patriots starting QB Tom Brady. Please note that this is not a fault of the store.

Finding out that this store existed in Rockford was great but learning how rock-start their customer service is just solidified my excitement and appreciation! I bought a Sony a6300 camera in late April of this year. Hannah was the person who helped me decide on what I needed for my photo needs. I am very happy with the advice she gave me on comparing different cameras to make the right decision.
I love the Sony a6300 and as a bonus still be able to use my old Nikon lenses with this camera body.

Excellence in service! Great prices! Yes as with any retail store, they are in business to sell their items they carry, but I have always said of Camera Craft, I have never seen them try to upsell to a customer something that they didn't need. Go there for all your camera and video needs!
