They were nice and answered all the questions we needed answerd to.

A little overpriced

Buyer beware. Before change owners years ago was wonderful but since then would suggest taking bus. Previously bought 4 cars a boat an more. Some cash others on payments. I still gave them try but not only did the car end up having issues which I accepted since buy as is but the final straw was when I called the day payment due. Keep in mind I had paid over a year on time never late an always there by their required 8am deadline. On this day I called to let them know I had to come in early to work so I would be there over lunch by noon that day. I came out of office to head over to discover my car was gone. I notified police since thought stolen to find out they repo. I'm in rockford an they had towed to Chicago area. Said that is policy. They acknowledged receiving my message but said new policy regardless of payment history dictates in payment not received by 8 repo ordered. It ended up costing me day work an additional 400 to get car. On top my personnel belongings removed as they also said policy is to clear an dispose of all contents. Strongly suggest checking BBB report if need verification of a business unethical business practices.

Terrible time management. Called to make payment went there there was a 30 min sign on tbe window. I waited over an hr n no one came back

They sold us a band aid trailblazer amd acting like they new nothing about it.
