Vicki was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, patient, easy to understand, offered us additional options for our phone, and made us feel very comfortable.
She is a big assets for US Cellular and represents your company extremely well.

I had alot of problems with my bill from when i had first started phone service from a dubuque ia location. I came into the galena location and was helped right away! It was an amazing experience and all my problems were dealt with right away! I will always continue going to the galena location and would recommend to anyone!

Have been a U.S. Cellular Customer since 2001. Recently switched from Freeport store to Galena Store. Have always been treated well while here. Everything was laid out and explained extremely well during account management. Definitely worth the change.

Great customer service!! Manager Lance and associate Logon were amazing. Logon helped us with 2 new phones, switching service providers, 2 tablets and even problems with passwords and apps.
Logon was so patient with us and explained things so we could understand them. And he saved us over $100 a month on our phone bill! I recommend them to anyone who needs phone service.

My phone has screwed up 3 times in 24 hrs. Lance, Carol and Associates worked tirelessly restoring data and fixing everything that went wrong. They did so with smiles and laughter and got everything working for my trip. Wonderful people over there. People! Back your contacts up and data and pics!!!!! Because they did this when they set up my phone and tablet, I lost NOTHING

I live in Dubuque Iowa and drive to Galena just to go to the US cellular store. I have had better customer service and great people that work there. If all stores Had the same customer service as the Galena US cellular store There would be a lot more happy people in the world.
I want to give Carol Mchugh cudos for the way she treated me and took care of my needs at this store.
