I have never stopped by here in all the years it has been here. Shame on me! The sandwiches are sooooo good! Sat down and ate in and during a lunch rush there were people in and out picking up sandwiches. We got Turkey Avocado, steak sandwich and ham and Swiss. All three were wonderful! I also want to shout out the employees there because we had never been there and didn’t know how the ordering system worked. It was a bit confusing and I was disappointed the guy taking our order didn’t explain when we said it was our first time. Although our first sandwich ordered was messed up by our confusion the employee remade the sandwich. So if you are ever looking for a sandwich shop stop there everything we had was absolutely great!

Some white young guy working there assisted me in popping my Potbelly cherry. Oh it was good. I had the wreck. I suggest adding bacon and cooked mushrooms on it. The broccoli cheddar soup was on fleek. The chips were too salty, but it's ok, next time I'll get cookies instead.

Girls were extremely nice! Bathrooms were immaculate! I'm definitely going back! The food was awesome! I had the Italian !

Great food as always, but honest and good people work here! I left my purse in the restaurant and they kept it in the safe for me until I could come get it. Not everywhere you find people like that. #customerforlife! God bless!

Gotta love Potbelly's! Their sandwiches are delicious and flavorful! The service is great! And the cookies 🍪 are so good! You have to try them..I have been coming here for years and I always get the same thing turkey breast on wheat it's my favorite! Fresh delicious and great service what more could you want!

i recently visited last week after work and had the pleasure of being served by juno. :-) i am always excited to see them when i stop by because they always go above and beyond to ensure that my sandwich is made to perfection and their attention to detail is amazing. not only was the sandwich delicious, but juno’s friendly and polite attitude makes my experience even better!!! ❤ It's always great to see employees who truly care about their customers and juno definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend visiting Potbelly and asking for Juno, they are a wonderful asset to the team! thank you juno!!! 😊😊

The A Wreck Skinny was delicious and just the right portion size and calorie count for lunch.

I tried the Fireball sandwich (available online only). It was very tasty. I use the app to pre order and often get free extras. Today it was a cup of soup, which also was good.

My husband, two year old, and I went there for my first visit. The staff was very friendly and patient. One guy even sounded excited to let us know that our son looks like the kid off of Kindergarten Cop. The sandwich was very good and tasty. I even stole a sip from my son's milkshake, and it tasted as good as what I can make at home. My only negative comment is that a girl with red/pink hair was very fake-y polite. It almost seemed as if she was being sarcastic in a nice manner.

14Nov19. The waitress was very helpful in helping me with my choice. I ordered the half and half, which included the Wreck sandwich and Chicken pot pie soup. The sandwich bread was toasted and with the meats and selected additions, this sandwich was delicious. The soup tasted just like homemade chicken pot pie. The combination of meat, vegetables, and broth was just right on that cold day.

Perfect for many different palates, including those who eat a vegan diet (try the Mediterranean without cheese!). Personalize your sandwich with individualized toppings. Close parking and easy access to other shopping. Eat-in or carry out. Delicious!

Potbelly has got to be my favorite sandwich place in all of Rockford! The staff is always very friendly and sandwiches are worth every penny. Don't forget to get a cup of broccoli cheese soup to dip your Wreck into!

I can not believe I forgot to leave actual words. Potbelly never disappoints me. This place ran smooth and helped me make the best decision on a sandwich/salad I wanted that would keep me pretty keto friendly. It is hard to pass up on a dream bar, but my will power held strong. Toasted, not toasted, all the fixings, or none of the fixings this place will satisfy your hunger and keep a smile on your face with how great the employees and service was. Until next time Potbelly

I had a really big order that was a bit complicated and the ladies and gentlemen at this locaton were awsome and fast. Got everything right and extra stuff on the side. I was overwhelmed with such a large order and they were very upbeat and helped!

My turkey sandwich was delicious! The staff were courteous and kind. I'll recommend this place to my friends and family. Keep up the excellent service!

I ordered online and the app was very convenient and easy to use. I got to the store early and called them because I had some questions on curbside pick up and the order was already done! The young lady that helped me was extremely nice, patient and courteous.
Will definitely go back soon!!😊

Awesome sandwiches, soups and shakes in a fun atmosphere ... and if you're lucky, Matt (I think is his name) will entertain you as he prepares your sandwich with ongoing funny conversation ... the guy has real talent. You rock Matt ... thanks for making our visits fun! BTW, the rest of the Team is great too, but Matt brings the extra special to the visit.
