My husband and I visit Galena multiple times a year and this is a MUST go to store! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about the products. The store is always decorated beautifully! Wonderful unique home decorating items, and great customer service

Here's a fantastic way to turn away potential customers. When someone thinks that your window display so nice that it's worth a photo, come out and attack that person. Get in that person's face and demand to know what they're doing in front of everyone on the street. Then reference your store photography policy which holds no power on public property and is none of your business! That kind of rudeness is unforgivable! You should appreciate the fact that a photo is free advertising for you and being kind during the holidays would put your business in a better light.
