I recently had the pleasure of visiting Camping World in Springfield, IL, and I am compelled to share the outstanding customer service I received. As a new camper owner, I had numerous questions and concerns about my recent purchase. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to work with Joshua, a representative at this location, who made the entire experience exceptional.

From the moment I arrived, Joshua was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He provided expert advice on all the camping essentials I needed, ensuring I felt confident in my purchase decisions. I ended up buying everything he recommended and even more, all because of his trustworthy guidance.

One aspect of Joshua's service that stood out was his commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite it being 10 minutes past store hours, Joshua took the time to carefully wrap and protect my new washer and dryer. He diligently secured the items to ensure they were safe for transportation, and at no point did I feel rushed or hurried.

We recently purchased a 2024 Keystone Cougar Sport. Upon delivery our front door screen/blind was broken and a new window blind kit had to be ordered. More than a couple of weeks passed and after multiple trips over to the store, finally we got a new window for our glass door! Josh was the man! He searched for paper trails, assured me he would get to the bottom of this issue, and that’s exactly what he done. He seemed concerned that a team member had dropped the ball and more than once at that! We thank you Josh of CW Springfield, Illinois! Nice work!

Went to Springfield, Illinois Camping World to get a dome light and meet some very nice employees. We was just looking around at their big indoor show room and ask questions about items and trade possibilities, that's when we met Kyle, a salesman but with no pressure, just answered our questions. So we talked about upgrading to new and options, Kyle was very knowledgeable about our needs and got us a good deal on new camper and our trade-in. Thank you again Kyle and Camping World for their help. Also Kyle stayed over pass his 5:00 quitting time to help me and my wife move our stuff from old camper to the new one.

Absolutely love this store. People here are truly helpful. Ask for Kyle best service ever.

I made an appointment for service on my class A motorhome for some wiring issues. I arrived on time and within minutes of going to the counter service advisor Ciarra, the Operations Manager and the technician came out to discuss the issues on the RV. They promptly brought it back to the service bays. I was kept up to date on how things were going and at the end, the final outcome. The Operations Manager, Ciarra and Joey the technician were fantastic. In fact, everyone in the store was friendly and helpful.

Our salesman, Philip Clark, was amazing. He took the time to listen to our needs and our budget and showed us every travel trailer that fit those needs. Even the ones outside in the scorching heat. With camping at an all time high right now, thanks to Covid 19, they are very busy and must sanitize each trailer after someone has been in it so please be patient with the friendly and very helpful staff.

Joshua W. was amazing!!! He took my purchase out to my car and came out to get for me when I had to return it. Joshua W. handled my return perfectly and smoothly and took my purchase back out to my car. Joshua W. Is a class act!!!

Camping world of Springfield IL was awesome of the best experiences professionally that we have experienced they didn't give up til they got us in a RV and Devin was incredible he went above and beyond for us I couldn't believe when they told he was new and first rv sold he was such a natural and Joshua in retail was awesome too making sure we know everything going forward and thorough they made us feel like we was joining the camping world and good sam family so more than 5 stars 🤩

I purchased my new rv without any issues. Kyle was a great sales rep, and he was very helpful throughout the entire process including after the sale.. All the staff members were courteous and informative about everything I wanted to know. I was very satisfied doing business with Camping World of Springfield, IL.

I would like to commend Sarah for assisting me today. I called to confirm my scheduled appointment for service. She informed me that she would have to transfer me to the service department. She also informed me that she had just transferred another customer and if the agent didn’t pick up to leave a message. I informed her that I preferred not to leave a message as I have never received a return call. Rather than her just transfer me anyway she put me on hold and went to the service department to get the answer to my simple question. She confirmed that I was scheduled for service and I would receive a call prior to the technician coming out. I could only wish that in future communications with this establishment others learn from her initiative to assist the customers.

My wife and I went in to look at floor plans. We had no plans to buy a camper that day. A salesman came by the name of Dustin, very nice, not pushy ask us if we need any help we told him we were just looking he left us a card told us if we had any questions to give him a call, we found a camper that we really liked. We called him he came over and helped us answered all her questions and took care of getting a deposit on the RV. We bought the RV the following Saturday. Our experience with Camping World was very good. We walked through a service. They demonstrated the camper to us even though we have been previous RV owners, sit down with finance paid for the trailer, and then we went for the store walk. Everyone in the store was very kind. Very nice to us, I would highly suggest Camping World. If you go to Camping World in Springfield, I would go see Dustin Jackson he took very good care of us.

We just upgraded to a larger RV. Nate our salesperson was excellent. He found us the perfect camper. Made our buying experience enjoyable and as stress free as possible. This is the best Camping World we have been to. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Aaron our retail expert made sure we have everything we needed or wanted.

The Springfield IL. store has two helpful employees...Joshua W.and Luke.... they both helped mea LOT today over a problem with r.v. plumbing etc. Both were very helpfull.

We’ve looked at campers for years and years. We’ve always owned one, but Kyle was excellent at showing us and pointing out the different details that each company offers. He was so polite and so patient with us. We will definitely go back and see him for our next purchase.

The staff at camping world took great care of us as we shopped around for our new travel home on wheels☺ They were very patient with us, as we took the time to search for the RV that would be perfect for our family. Dustin was awesome when it came to giving us pointers and things to think about when purchasing a unit. They even went the extra mile to obtain an RV that we had our eye on at one of their other locations. They made sure everything was up, running, and in great condition. And I can’t forget the paperwork. I’m sure I’m not the only one that doesn’t like paperwork😩Lol. But the finance department had everything ready to go, so that it was a prompt, but yet, efficient process. We are so excited for our new Class C motor home and all the “perks” that Camping World hooked us up with. So excited that we camped out in our front yard the 1st night! Lol. Thanks again! We will be back soon, I have shopping to do😊

I'm giving camping world a five star review this time. ( My toilet stop working in my fifth wheel.) I walked in to camping world and was helped right away, the young gentleman showed me the toilets they had on hand and also crossed referenced the toilet to makes sure it was going to fit. In and out of the store under 30 minutes. I did the install my self really easy.
