Cost seemed fair until we didn’t receive a new property description following our survey. We were then told it would be $1500 more for a property description. You would think someone with 30 years experience would know to include that in an initial quote. If splitting a property, it seems pretty common sense that both property descriptions would be needed. I suggest finding a surveyor who can give an accurate up front cost assessment.
