Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Came in for lunch. Always so flavorful and delicious! We had a 5-10 min wait, which was accurate. The customer flow was pretty steady, all guests were in and out quickly. The restaurant was super clean. The restrooms were cleaned and well stocked. The only reason why I gave the service a 4 star is because we did get missed with our salad and breadsticks, that was quickly resolved. Our new server did amazing for his second week, and was super friendly and we enjoyed his personality and character. Overall, still 5 stars! Keep up the great service!!! :)

Huge shoutout to our server we had yesterday, Marty! Absolutely fantastic, give this man a raise! He went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed, always had fresh hot breadsticks, dipping sauce, full drinks. He even boxed up our leftovers for us and was comedic at times. Our 3 year old was able to have a great time as well, didn’t get fussy once. Very fast service and kid friendly. Hands down best service I’ve had anywhere. Next time we go, I will request him!

I came to Olive Garden for the first time in 10 years. It was amazing. The service was good and the food was good. I had the shrimp alfredo. Also the salad and breadsticks were delicious. This was a good experience for not having been here for many years.

Teirani was a awesome waitress who handle our large family of 23 amazing (it includeda ton of kids as well). Our food was good and the service was fast and super friendly. She was 100 percent a awesome waitress we will be asking to sit in her section every time we come in from now on.

The food served at Olive Garden never disappoints. Also, we love the endless bread sticks and a variety of delicious soups. However, due to its popularity, you really have to get there very early otherwise you will be out in waiting list and take a long time to get your order on the table. It is a good idea to get the discounted gift card or eGift card before, and don't let the kids to play those experience games on Olive Garden table tablet.

Like most restaurants in this chain, we were satisfied. But if your table is served by Brett, then you are truly in luck today. He literally read our minds and made our experience at the restaurant fantastic🤌

Brandon our server was absolutely amazing. In and out in 40 minutes. Nice quiet night without the kids. Excellent food and service. Highly recommend.

This was the first time I went to an olive garden in at least 6 years since I went vegan and it was a great experience. I was surprised the bread sticks were vegan and the minestrone soup was delicious. I ordered spaghetti and marinara with mushrooms and broccoli added which was a solid choice as well. I'll be back again.

It was the server that made our party of 12. She gets those 5 stars. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. I had the all you can eat soup and salad.

Very good experience here. Were on our way to Saint-Louis and decided to stop at this location. We wanted a fast but quality meal. That is what we got. Fast and efficient service, friendly waiter and delicious food. Thanks!

The Springfield restaurant was very busy. But, our family received attentive and prompt service. Chicken Parmigiana, Spaghetti and Meatballs, salad and other were delicious. Bread sticks were fresher than usual. We did need to wait awhile for a take home order.

Great food, fabulous service, greatest waitress. We had 9 people in our party and she treated like we were the only people in the restaurant.

Food was good and service was excellent. The room was cold tough and we had to wear jackets to be comfortable.

We had a large family gathering, and our waitress was amazing! She got everyone meal and drinks correct and was very informative about the dishes. The food was also delicious!!

Great "typical" Olive Garden experience. Nice, clean, friendly atmosphere. We were seated right away. Prompt service was a plus. Food was good. We ordered lunch selections. The salad was fresh and top notch. Wonderful and warm bread sticks. I would recommend this location for a quick, please everyone, delicious lunch venue.

Brett was the absolute best. He introduced himself, asked if we had any questions, He was attentive to our tables while also serving several others. He even interacted my 3yr old when he started getting antsy. Olive Garden better hold on to him.

Our waitress was outstanding and the eggplant Parmesan is so delicious. Everything was great.

Our server Brandon was very professional  and personable made us feel welcome and valid he recommended against using meat sauce with shrimp and my grandmother agreed that was the right call. Will definitely be coming back
