Very helpful and I can tell you that they are very quick in getting your prescription out to you.

Very kind & caring staff. I’ve been going here for a while & have zero complaints they always are willing to help and quick at their job. Much better service than other pharmacies I’ve used in the past.

They are the reason for me being able to have insurance pay for anything. The government somehow in all there infinite wisdom had me as a Medicare recipient. The issue was I’m NOT and getting that fixed was almost impossible call this number and then be told to call this number and so on Brad literally in one day was able to fix my insurance issue and an even bigger issue which was it would have effected other aspects of my life. So I go there and will continue, been going there for 6 years now.

I love the MediCenter everyone is very nice to me when I go up there and also very nice to me on the phone. And if I ever have any questions brad always helps me out. Thank you brad for that. And also the delivery driver Renee she is a wonderful lady and is very polite. I recommend everyone to go to the MediCenter across the street from farm fresh in Du quoin Illinois. Oh and they also have a soda and a coffee machine and a popcorn machine which I think is awesome.

A big thank you to Paige and Scott! I came in this morning for two patients scripts, both were challenging to deal with due to billing issues because of relocation. The best excel in customer service in the most difficult of circumstances! I hope they appreciate what an asset the two of you are to the shoppe!

Always excellent service with a smile. Meds ready for pickup if you call them in on the phone. They work with the insurance company to get the best price. I highly recommended this establishment.

Brad and his staff go above and beyond to help each and every customer. My family and I have been using the medicine shoppe for years. I have been in the building at least 2or 3 times a month which allows me to see how they interact and treat each customer. I know first hand the staff are courteous and kind even when encountered by customers with an attitude.Brad has more than once gave me my medication and allowed me to pay him at a later date. The staff look for ways to reduce the cost of medication,deliver medication as well as assist individuals with assembling of walkers and any other items one may need. If you have had anything but pleasant visit to the Medicine Shoppe then I urge you to try it one more time. I know you will be pleased unless your the type that nothing is good enough or just like to complain. The Medicine Shoppe staff Brad,Alex,Ben and everyone else thank you for all of your help assistance.

They are awesome. They repacked my bubble packed meds into separate travel bottles for my plane flight to Virginia for 7 days!
