The folks here let us deliberate over a wedding band a few minutes past closing, they didn't pressure us to make a purchase, and were so excited for us when we made a decision. Very thankful for the nice experience they gave us

Joe, his wife and staff are very caring and have a lovely shop with quality items. There is jewelry, crystal, and unique items throughout the store. They carry a wide range of price points. There is almost something for everyone all the time! They are some of the greatest shop owners in the world!

Found the perfect gift for my grandma's birthday. The staff were extremely helpful and took great care in gift-wrapping.

I purchased (what I thought were) diamond studs from Gustafson & Grey about a year and a half ago. At the time, I received pretty terrible customer service. The gentleman helping me was incredibly rude and short with me while I was deciding on my purchase. I asked him if he verified the jewelry to ensure it was real and that the $500 I was about to spend was well worth it. He told me that they still wouldn’t be in business if they sold fake jewelry. Turns out I should have been more careful, I was sold white sapphire earrings that I could have purchased for $50. Would highly recommend you don’t make any major purchases from Gustafson & Grey.
