We hired Matthew Benson to help us file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Right from the start, he was very accessible both through e-mail and phone. He explained the process very thoroughly. Everything he said would happen did happen just as he had described it. He told me early that if I told creditors we were filing Chapter 7 and gave them his contact information, they would not harass us. The bankruptcy hearing also happened just how Matthew told us it would. It was a breeze and soon after we were totally freed from all our debt.
