I was so nervous to take my little sweetheart to the vet, she’s very shy around people she doesn’t know and hates being carried. Just getting her in the carrier was so difficult, I didn’t know how she would respond to being at the vet. I was so pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. Due to Covid, you call once you arrive to check in, then they call you back and allow one person to bring the pet in for the appointment. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and made me feel like I have the cutest cat to ever grace this planet lol. The nurse was so kind that even my socially awkward cat warmed up to her so quickly. The doctor seem to have genuine concern and really cared for the well-being of my pet, he made excellent recommendations and urged me to follow up or give him a call if I had any questions.I had a great experience and received excellent service! I thought she deserved a Puppuccino!

We’ve been trying to get our two year old French Bulldog spayed for a year, but unfortunately had to put off setting up an appointment due to severe allergies and inconvenient timing of heat cycles. During that time, I carefully researched the perfect place to take our sweet girl and received so many recommendations for Dr. Navin, who is known as the “Bulldog specialist” in my French bulldog group. Going into our appointment, we were very nervous, but had very high hopes that all would go well. While I wish we would have been updated regarding our dogs place in the surgery schedule (very nervous dog parents here), we are very happy with the results of her spay, vulvoplasty, and nares. The only thing I was a bit upset about was having to listen to my dog squeal as they attempted to remove her from the cage to bring her to us at pickup; considering how much noise she was making and how long it took for her to come out, I wish we would have had the opportunity to grab her ourselves as I am positive it would have been less traumatic and frustrating for both the staff and our dog. Overall, I am very satisfied with Dr. Navin’s work, the front staff were great, LOVED the technician who got us checked in prior to her spay and discharge instructions were very well communicated. I absolutely recommend Dr. Navin’s work to any brachycephalic parents out there who are struggling to feel comfortable setting a surgery date for their fur babies. Everyone was so knowledgeable on the protocols for bulldog breeds from the very first phone arrangement. Thank you Dr. Navin and VCA staff for taking care of our girl!

I brought my 6 month old EB here for surgery. I was terrified because of the known health issues the breed has. I immediately felt great about the Dr, staff and hospital itself after our consultation visit. I was also able to meet other bully families who helped ease my mind. Surgery was a breeze. We won't take Tyson to any other vet going forward. Thank you so much!!

The staff at VCA All Pets was totally awesome to myself and my husband when we had to put down our Schipperke on Monday. They were very sympathetic. It is so hard to make that decision they were very comforting to us during this difficult time. Thank you for everything.

The best. Dr. Navin is superb in diagnosing and treatment. There is no finer veterinarian. He is compassionate to clients and their pets. He has cared for my dogs for several years. I have always put my trust in him. Staff is wonderful. All are caring and efficient. You will always be treated with kindness and respect. Your concerns become their concerns when you call for help. I will forever be grateful for your loving care to Emily, Duffy and Charlie.

These people are the nicest, friendliest, vet I've ever been too!! They know their stuff and truly care about your pet n you!! My Boston Terrier needed surgery and they didn't hesitate to say she needed to go to the hospital in Aurora to get the emergency surgery she needed! They wasn't in it for the money... They cared more about my dog and me n my wife then money. I can't stress enough how friendly and great the staff and Docs are here! I just wish we'd found them sooner with all the dogs me and my wife have had over the years and NEVER having a Vet, let alone the entire staff, be as friendly and knowledgable as well as TRULY listen to everything you tell them about what's going on with your pet & care about the health of them! Rather than the bottom dollar!
I've NEVER recommended a Vet or clinic before! But in this case.. I can't say enough about the Docs & staff here! If you truly care about your pet and want the BEST for them.. You WON'T find anyone better!

They were very caring and helpful when we adopted our pup with a free exam and his eventual neutering.

Dr. Navin and the All Pets staff are outstanding and this is the only vet we trust with our bulldogs. Dr. Harres and Dr. Little are awesome as well. We first came here about 6 years ago after a recommendation from fellow bulldog owners for a 2nd opinion regarding one of our pups back leg issues. The current vet we were going to diagnosed it as hip dysplasia in both legs, put us on multiple expensive medications with no improvement after a few months. They even did an X-ray to diagnose it. Upon our first visit with Dr. Navin, he felt our pups knees and within 20 seconds, could tell he had torn ACL’s in both legs, not hip dysplasia. We promptly scheduled repair surgeries for both knees and our pup was back to his normal self very quickly. Bulldogs are prone to many health issues and Dr. Navin is very knowledgeable on how to diagnose and treat everything else our pups have experienced. We have since moved to Indianapolis and continue to see All Pets for our pups’ care. I could go on and on about why All Pets is better than any other vet we’ve been to. They truly care about your pup’s health and take the time to make sure you understand everything and answer questions. The level of care here is outstanding and we only trust them with our pups. Thank you All Pets for all that you do!

Dr. Navin, Dr. Harres & the entire staff are so amazing & friendly. They came highly recommended & I'm so grateful to have such a caring vet. No waiting around or unanswered questions, they're the best! Wouldn't take Ruby anywhere else.

I drive from Addison to come here. I have 3 dogs. I have been coming here since my 12 year old rottweiler was a puppy. They are the best. Very compassionate and understanding. Max is 12 and has bone cancer he is basically in hospice care. I will not do amputation and chemo. They totally get it. They are the best.

Very happy with the vets. Dr. Navins was only vet to correctly diagnose my puppies problems. Unfortunately we were only to able to spend a few more months with her. The Staff was extremely sympathetic to our loss. We will continue to stay with them for my other dogs. I think they are a very professional staff.

Love this facility....Love Dr. Navin and all his staff.....They show true compassion, understanding and take the time to listen to all your concerns. They take great care of my dog when she comes in for her visits. I know she is in good hands at all times.

We have an English Bulldog so we go to these guys because they are the best and specialize in the breed. Its a long drive from Lake in the Hills, but well worth it. The staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable, and super accommodating.

Dr. Naven is wonderful. I trust him and he is very calming and extremely smart. Has always done me right.

This time it was for Teddy yearly physical but it's always a good experience no matter what I'm there for.

This vet is the best, such friendly staff and very helpful. I’ve been going to another vet for 14 years and they never knew my name by my face. this one I’ve been going to for a month and not only do they know my name they know my dogs name. The doggie daycare is amazing too!!! Highly recommend both.

Love All Pets. Have been coming here ever since I've had Bull Dogs. See Dr.Harres and I'm confident with him and the APH staff. I don't question my dogs' care when they're there. Luckily they tolerate neurotic-dog-mom with ease. The pharmacy always has my dog's scripts prepared correctly and quickly. Not sure about some reviews regarding front desk staff... I could chat their ears off all day, always nice to me!

Great staff that truly care about you and your pets. We've been going to Dr. Navin for years for the care of our English Bulldog and French Bulldog. If you have a bulldog then you'll want to come here, they are a unique breed that needs an experienced Doctor to care for them. We've also put our pets in the care of Dr. Harres and Dr. Little and have been really happy with their care as well and have no problem seeing any of the staff there. Unfortunately recently due to a major health issue we had to put our English Bulldog to sleep. It was his time to go and it was not easy for us to do but everyone from the front desk, vet techs and the Doctors took great care of us and our dog to the very end. More importantly I'd like to point out the memorialization of our pet. It is by far the best we've seen. We loved him very much and All Pets preserved his memory incredibly well. From his ink-stamped dog print to the impression of his paw in clay, it is the best we've seen and means so much to us. We will continue to come to All Pets for the care of any pets in our lives. We drive 20+ miles here and would never consider going elsewhere.

Amazing, see Dr. Navin especially if you have a bully breed. We were having so many issues and she had gone to our old vet multiple times with no solution. Dr. Navin got everything spot on, so friendly and the receptionists are also wonderful!

Dr Navin is amazing. I have peace of mind knowing he is my French Bulldog’s doctor. The staff greets me and my puppy with warm welcomes and provide great service.
