I was pulled over real early this morning at about 1:40am by one of your officers in squad car, not suv. I wish I could remember his name but sadly I cannot.

I was a Designated Driver for a bachelor party and we were coming home on route 3 heading towards Keller Highway. I had slacked on my duty of making sure that I got everyone home safely by getting wrapped up in conversation and began to speed.

I know some people would have been genuinely upset about being pulled over but I really appreciate him making sure everyone got home.

Everyone made it home safe last night and it could have been a different story if not for him.

If you happen to know who was patrolling Route 3 about that time this morning please thank him for me and let him know that bachelor party crew appreciated his service again.

I went to go visit some clients in jail and the staff was professional and courteous.

Very slow Service and not very friendly employees

I just watched a video with Deputy Fagerland handling a dispute. To say I am shocked and appalled at his arrogance, rudeness, unprofessionalism and disrespectfulness is a major understatement! Deputy Fagerland is a disgrace to law enforcement and is the type of individual that gives law enforcement a bad reputation. The incident happened on 6/27 and was uploaded to Tik Tok by hedimack. If I was this individual, I would do everything in my power to have Deputy Fagerland removed from his position as a sheriff, it’s obvious he doesn’t respect his position and can’t handle the responsibility of being in a position of authority or law enforcement. That video was a perfect example of abuse of power and blatant disrespect and bullying. We can only hope that the sheriffs department and the powers that be will not turn a blind eye to this matter, but I’m not holding my breath!!!

I trust that Deputy Fagerland had been fired already. That behavior and conduct is detrimental to any department. Not PTO. Fired.
