I’ve been a patient of Docs for probably 14+ years. Both him and Steve are awesome. The front staff has changed over the years but I’ve never had a bad experience. Steve (intake nurse) is great. I recommend doc to anyone looking for a new family doctor

Dr Belfor and all the staff are extremely kind and caring people. I didn't feel rushed, and Dr Belfor was able to answer my questions in ways that were easy to understand.

Called over a month ago asking if Dr was taking new patients, I was told he was on his approval of information . I gave our insurance information and all the information they asked for . After 2 weeks of not hearing from them I called them. I was told they would make sure the Dr. would look at the application that day, well 2 weeks later, I called them again .TODAY I was told the Dr. was not taking new patients.
We have very good insurance and Medicare. They never called to tell me this, I had to call them 3 times in over a months time to finally e told Dr. was not taking new patients. Wrong way to treat people.

I called three weeks ago and asked if the doctor was taking new patients. I gave them my insurance company and they said they would call me back. Guess what, they never called. I called 10 days later, gave info again, they said they would call me back. Guess what, no one called. Today I called and talked to someone else. He put me on hold then came back and said no. Really , you could not tell me this three weeks ago. Im in pain looking for a doctor. Guess what, im still in pain and not even close to getting an appointment. Starting all over. Some doctors need to stop thinking they are god. Absolutely horrible experience
