I called, left a voicemail and within an hour got a call back. Next morning they got my new water tank installed. The price is fantastic. Workers didn't mess around. They came in, got the job done and even locked the door behind them.

Patricia was especially communicative and polite.

Professional plumper, licensed, not a handyman or fly by night. Quality will cost, those that are looking for a fly by night unlicensed plumber should look elsewhere. They do quality work and know their business.

Everyone was very professional, they came to look at our water heater and came to install it the next day. Even though we had to deal with a warranty company and that’s never a good experience Kremer Plumbing was awesome . Will definitely call them for any future service needed

Great service

First time they came out they did great work. A couple months later I called them again as I had sprung more leaks in my plumbing. We set an appointment and at the last minute they cancelled and we set another appointment. They cancelled on me again and set another date. 1 day before that one i got a text that said they were sorry but due to new policy they couldn't come out because it was more than 20 miles away. Very frustrating to find another plumber as quickly as I could as my plumbing situation had turned very serious. Make sure you live close enough before you call.

Came to light pilot in water heater aftet basement flooded and was told after about 20 minutes that I would need a new appliance altogether. It would cost $1000 to repair if if he supplies the unit but if we bought it ourselves it would be over $400 luckily he didn't charge for the service call because after a second opinion we were given direction on how to fix this issue and two days late we had the problem fixed for $0. Idk if it is pack of experience or just not but moral of the story, GET A SECOND OPINION
