Fantastic experience! I usually dread going to a dealership due to pressure from the sales staff, but this was a completely different experience. Kassie and the entire staff were all friendly, I can honestly say that I felt no pressure whatsoever from them to buy, but I did and I love my new car! Kassie also did a great job explaining all of the paperwork as we went through it. I would definitely recommend them for your next car purchase.

I had a great experience when I bought my used truck from Chip-Banks Chevrolet.
All the new and used cars on the lot look like they just came out of the factory. The detailing is amazing and my truck is still shining 6 months later. The dealership is immaculate and the sales people are low key and very knowledgeable. The finance lady was super nice and it took only minutes to do the paperwork. I was introduced to everyone I would be involved with and the service people were great. I get calls from my salesman regularly and before I left, I got a handshake and a thank you from Chip Banks himself.
