I don't write reviews often, but this place was fantastic! From start to end they were nice and kind and INCREDIBLY helpful.
I was sent somewhere else to get a new key since mine was broken before it got locked in my car with my phone they said it would be 150$ to get it fixed.
River City got me back into my locked car and a new key with buttons for 50$.
They were nice and kind and answered my questions for things un-key related as well. They absolutely went the extra mile trying to help me and I really appreciated it. They're nice relaxed people who work really hard to help you out and give you the best deal!

I had gone to Batteries+ to purchase a spare key to my car and to have it programmed. I bought the key but after several attempts to program it, they were unsuccessful. They then told me that they typically had a 50% success rate when programming my make of car I that I just needed to take the key I had to purchased somewhere else for someone else to program it... After calling around, many places were unwilling to even use the key I bought at Batteries+. River City was willing to use the key and programmed it quickly and successfully! They came to me and arrived very quickly. They were very kind and professional and made my kids laugh and smile. That day, they made a customer for life!!
