Stopped for a sandwich but got a sampler plate instead so we could taste a variety. The meat was tender, smokey and moist and the sides ( slaw and potatoes salad) were tasty and well seasoned. Prices were on point for the portion size and service, while not fast, was a reasonable wait time. We will be back!

Had the Country Burger and the Kilby's BBQ Sandwich today. Absolutely fantastic! Loaded with meat and flavor! Can't wait to try other items on their menu! 10/10, will be ordering again in the future!

Oh by the way, ignore Joseph Anderson's 1-star review. He has no idea what he is talking about.

I’m from Chicago where the best barbecue is made! I’ve been living in Murphysboro since 2008. I’ve tried different barbecue joints. Kilby’s by far has the best rib tips I’ve tasted since I moved here!

Amazing food and sauces! I don't know what is in the secret sauces or if it's witchcraft, but it is so good! Thanks for having your business in Murphysboro! Everything is good here!

Only a food truck for now ... limited hours and limited menu. I've tried the BBQ sandwich, cheeseburger, and catfish po boy. All were excellent.
