Everyone at Murphysboro Chiropractic Clinic is fantastic! I've been working out with their trainer, Brent Brothers, for just under a year now and I've lost 148.8 pounds! He's the best! He will give you the tools to succeed and you just have to do what he says. He's there for all of his clients. If I ever have a question on whether I can eat something or not, I just text him and he responds quickly. You will see results if you train with Brent, as long as you listen and do what he says.

I've been going to the office for about 8 or 9 months now. Phillip is the Licensed Massage Therapist at the office. He is wonderful! Before, I was having a lot of neck and shoulder pain and headaches. I'm not completely free of pain yet but I'm in pain a lot less often and when I do have some pain, it isn't too bad. I've gone to other Massage Therapists in the past and, usually, I would leave in more pain than when I came to them. That's not the case with Phillip. I always feel so much better after my massages.

I see Dr Jason when I get adjusted. He is great too! In the past, I've had chiropractors try to adjust me and I really didn't move a lot and again, I would leave with pain. Dr Jason is able to adjust me, every time!

Everyone there genuinely cares about me and my health and the health of all of their patients. Everyone is also really friendly. Emily and Judy always greet me with a smile when I walk in the door! I would highly recommend that anyone go here whether you're looking for a Chiropractor, Massage Therapist, Trainer, or maybe all 3, like me. You won't find a better place!

The Murphysboro Chiropractic Clinic is the VERY VERY BEST!!!! My husband and I have been going to Dr. Jason and Dr. Bobbie Whitacre for several years!! They have never let us down and have always been there!!! They have definitely made our lives so much better and pain free!!!

My husband has had work injuries, and I have had so many different occasions where I pulled this out or injured this. The most recent being pulling my neck out - I was in so much pain and could hardly move my neck - even after the first visit I felt tremendously better, thanks to massage and adjustments!! For the next 3 days they worked me in, always considerate of my work schedule. They had me moving again!!! Their professionalism, warmth and genuine concern is outstanding. I went to Murphysboro Chiropractic Clinic to help me with getting into better shape. I was tired, overweight, & really out of shape. I met with Dr. Bobbie & Dr. Jason, and she discussed about how I could get back into shape & loose weight. I started with them on supplements then signed up for two sessions a week with Brent, their personal trainer to help me with exercises & teaching me how to make changes to my diet & Dr. Bobbie helped me with the right supplements to take I made a complete change in our daily routine & eating habits. Through massages from Philip, are very relaxing & make your body feel great is a great way to keep your mind focused & stress free. Dr. Bobbie helped me with chronic back pain I've lived with over 20 years (I was always told it was normal & nothing wrong). After careful evaluation & x-rays she found that I had a bulging disk so we started treatment on getting that back to normal. And to this day months later I have no pain in my back, I have lost over 20 lbs, & lots of inches I feel great & look great. Everyone that knows me says I'm getting younger looking & I have more energy than I've had for years. All of the staff there are warm & caring, they are just like family to me, they are all very interested in you as a person & your health, they truly do care about you. The girls & guys in the office all work together to make your visit with them a great experience, they will work with you in whatever you need done. They help figure out a plan that is best to suit you in your goals that you need. They have all kinds of ways to help you with whatever goal you want to strive for. When you arrive there they always have a smile & warm welcome for you. I would highly recommend them to anyone who need help with chiropractic, supplements, diet, exercise, massages, or just some education on how to change your lifestyle to be a better healthier you no matter what your age is, it's never too late to make a change.

I was in a wreck about a month ago an I was told I needed to see a chiropractor an get a massage to help me get lined back out. I was very reluctant to go because I didn't have very good results from other chiropractors. I must say that from the moment you walk in to the clinic you are greeted an treated like you are there only patient. Everyone is so nice an friendly, they really care about you an how you are feeling. I would recommend Dr. Jason & Phillip the massage therapist to anyone. They are great. If you are looking for a good chiropractor then look no further.

I recently went in to see Dr. Bobbie at Murphysboro Chiropractic as I was having continual pain in my left hip and some numbness in my left hand. After taking x-ray’s, Dr. Bobbie adjusted my lower back and my neck. After seeing more than dozen different chiropractors over the years in several different states, I'm always very hesitant to have my neck adjusted as several have been too aggressive and it was very painful, literally taking my breath away and practically felt sick afterward. It got to the point where I refuse to go to a Chiropractor for neck pain until the pain would get to a 9 or a 10 before I would go in. In addition, the others would focus on just one area of the back at a time, so I would have to come back multiple times. Dr. Bobbie was much different. She was very conscientious of some recent lifestyle changes that I made and had suggestions for me to help keep my back in place. My posture and some activities I was performing were contributing to the pain, when she adjusted my neck she was incredibly gentle and effective. It's been more than a month now of being pain free in my hip and neck with no more numbness running down my hand. I can't recommend her high enough; she is a great Chiropractor and a great person. You won't find a more welcoming, help staff than at MCC! In 2012, I began having neck alignment issues resulting in a pinched nerve. Dr. Jason developed a treatment plan that would not only relieve the pain the day of my visit, but would also bring me relief permanently. In a very short time, I was able to sleep through the night without waking up to a burning yet numb hand due to my pinched nerve. I still follow his at home treatment plan and haven't had an issue since! MCC also has an awesome massage therapy program and weigh loss support. I love MCC because I am getting treatment and advice from real people just like me and I feel like more than just another patient when I visit!

I have known Doctor Jason & Bobbie Whitacre and most of their staff for 10+ years. They aren't your average Chiropractors. They go above and beyond to help you in all areas of your life. They have personally helped me go from 240+lbs to 180 a few years ago through their Health and Nutrition and Wellness tactics. Not only that but I have been able to keep the weight off for going on the third year!

Their approach to overall health and wellness has helped improve my total health. I grew up suffering from Chronic Asthma, in an out of hospitals every year since I was 5 years old. But Thanks to Dr. Jay he has mentored me and coached me through attacking the problem not just putting band-aids on the symptoms. I was greeted when I first walked through the door. Very friendly staff. I brought my 9mo baby in to be adjusted since she wasn't having regular bowl movements. The first visit my baby was a little fussy with the new experience but Dr. Bobbie Whitacre was nimble as she was able to adjust my baby during her constant movements. My baby also started to get hungry during the process and Dr. Bobbie let us use her office so I could nurse my daughter privately while the Dr. patiently waited. I can't tell you how much that meant to me. I noticed with yesterday's visit as well, that they don't rush you out of their offices like most medical professionals (trying to max out patients/profits). They take their time getting to know you as a person. I got the impression they care about your well being on all levels - physically, mentally and spiritually. I loved that she's a mom and understands many of the parenting issues. I especially love that they're into healthy and safe treatments for adults and children. I could tell by their product displays, fitness charts and advertisements that they don't just promote or recommend middle of the road products, but high quality products they believe in. I was impressed. But I was more impressed with the fact that that night after the first adjustment, my daughter became regular! Now I have to change her at least 3 times a day - bittersweet. I brought her back yesterday to finish up a few of the adjustments and she of course was better after meeting Dr. Bobbie again. Yet again, Dr. Bobbie was understanding when I told her my daughter poo'd and needed changed. She laughed and said that she understood completely and told me to take my time changing her. I'm glad to know there is a good clinic to take my daughter. My husband was impressed with our daughters bowl movement regularity and good mood so he wants to start going too! They gained a whole family. I'd also like to add that both Dr. Jason and Bobbie Whitacre have very friendly personalities that are very inviting so if you have kids who may be afraid or shy, I'm sure they'll open up to either Jason or Bobbie. You can tell they love people and kids. So far, the best Chiropractic experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend them!

I cannot speak highly enough about Drs. Jason and Bobbie Whitacre! Dr. Bobbie truly cared about my well being, and is very knowledgeable and skilled at chiropractic. She takes her time, listened to how I felt weekly, and gave me the best care so I can be pain free. Dr. Jason is equally gifted, as I saw a miracle one day waiting on my husband to be finished up. A lady walked into the office hardly able to walk, with a big limp and pain in her eyes. After a little while Dr. Jason came out of his room with her and had her walk down the hallway so he could observe her walk. She no longer had the limp, she was walking much faster than she did prior to bring seen, and she had a smile on her face! This is how amazing Dr. Bobbie and Jason are! I also have had huge success with their massage therapist Philip. I was about eight months pregnant and my hips were in such tremendous pain. I was in tears going in as I could not sleep, or do anything because of the pain. Philip knew exactly how to ease the pain from my hips. It was amazing! Instant relief! I HIGHLY recommend MURPHYSBORO CHIROPRACTIC to all who are looking for relief from anything. They are true healers!

I just want you to know that I just love your weight program and the difference it has made in my body. It is the perfect type of exercise for me - effective, low impact, strengthening, and toning! I have never gotten the results from any other type of exercise class that I've gotten from Body Sculpting.

I love the staff at MCC! We have been going there for 6 years now and they are always so helpful and caring. In 2012, I was in a car accident while 24 weeks pregnant. Dr. Jason Whitacre helped me get back on track to have my son naturally instead of having a c-section like the OBGYN was threatening. I'm very thankful for this great team of people.

I love the wonderful staff at Murphysboro Chiropractic. They are always so friendly and kind. I have suffered from severe headaches for a while now and since I have been seeing Dr.Bobbie I have been having fewer and fewer headaches! They are wonderful!!!

For the past year I have started also seeing Phillip for a massage and then have an adjustment. They have helped me so much. Its great to know just give the office a call and they will get you in. Hello to all the ladies that are 50 and older . . . I am directing this post to you! I just finished my 24th session with New You Body Sculpting and the results were outstanding! Over 25 inches taken off my arms/chest/abdomen/hips & thighs. I walked in for my consultation with Bobbie Arnold Whitacre not knowing what to expect and a great journey started at that moment. I am basically a pretty healthy eater and have always exercised 3 or more times a week, but after turning 50 nothing that I had ever done to lose weight seem to be keeping the pounds and inches from creeping up on me. I felt even with my best efforts, to be at a stand still. I sat through my consultation and decided I would do this for me. Dr. Bobbie counseled me on diet changes ( I switched from Splenda to a more natural sweetner , Stevia), watched my diet/ate sensibly / controlled my carbs at night / used the supplements and visited 2 times a week to use the LED light treatments (to shrink fat cells)followed by 15 minutes on the vibration plates . . . Every 6 visits we measured and weighed and the results spoke for themselves! The staff were all outstanding . . . They were supportive, inspiring, helpful, always positive and a fun bunch to share my experience with. This was just the kick start I needed and the beginning of my journey. I am going to keep focused and work on getting a few more pounds off, but I will return in January for another round of sessions and continue on my journey to stay fit and not give in to this whole "getting older"thing! I urge anyone struggling to come learn about the program!
