My wife and I were struggling to decide where to go on our honeymoon. We finally gave up and started looking for travel agents. I read Cindy’s reviews and decided to give her a call. We are extremely indecisive and Cindy was so helpful and patient with us. She is an absolute pro! We finally settled on Sandals Negril in Jamaica. We had such an amazing time. The Jamaican people were so friendly and the Sandals staff was incredible! White sand beach and amazing sunsets in the Caribbean. It doesn’t get much better than that. We will use Cindy to book all of our trips from now on. You will not regret it!

Cindy went above and beyond when helping me book my trip! Delta decided to cancel our connecting flight two weeks before the trip and the trip had been booked for over 6 months. We decided at the last minute to go on a trip to Cancun. We chose Atelier Playa Mujeres Resort and it was absolutely amazing! Cindy handled everything; all we had to do was show up! We will definitely be using her again to book our next trip:)

Cindy is amazing! I heard about her through a friend from work when looking for a travel agent for my honeymoon. I contacted her and she immediately was looking for different suites and flights for us to choose from. We then picked the ones we liked best and booked right after! We began working with Cindy as part of a friend's wedding in the Dominican Republic scheduled for March 2022. Cindy made the planning process very smooth and simple especially given that at the time there were many covid travel restrictions. Unfortuately for me, I ended up getting Covid 3 days before we were to leave, but Cindy jumped in and helped me get everything rescheduled for a trip December 2022. Again, she made the process very easy for me and was a true pleasure to work with. There was a scheduling issue with my flights (this had nothing to do with Cindy), but again she jumped in to help me. I want to stress that this had nothing to do with Cindy or her team, but she did not hesitate to help me! She was quick with comforting words and efficient action. She had the problems resolved within the hour! Her assistance, professionalism and attitude are priceless!!!!

Cindy was such a joy to work with! From the very beginning, she offered such helpful guidance on booking flights, the resort details, and the additional transportation we’d need upon landing. Not to mention, the day before our trip, she was a lifesaver moving our flights to avoid misconnection and other travel headaches! We can’t imagine having taken this trip without her help!

We booked with Cindy in early summer 2019 for August 2020 due to covid we had to reschedule 3 times and change islands. She made doing all this a breeze! Cindy was absolutely amazing to work with. Cindy was great! Everything went perfect with no hiccups. We went to Mexico for our honeymoon and her instructions on how to navigate the airport, customs, taxi to resort, and covid test were so easy to follow. She also helped us rearrange our flight schedule several times as our preferences changed!

Cindy is hands down the best! She helped My husband with every step of planning our Caribbean honeymoon during the middle of a pandemic! She goes the extra mile or sharing so much advise on each resort! It was great being able to pre plan our tipping and know what you as acceptable! We even chatted with questions during our stay with her!

Cindy coordinated a 12-day Mediterranean cruise for our 25th wedding anniversary, and it was phenomenal! Cindy was super helpful in helping me find the right trip, worked all the coordination including flights and transportation, gave excellent advice on excursions and travel options. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely use Cindy again!!

Cindy helped me plan our perfect honeymoon to Cancun. She took care of everything and helped provide some insight when our plane was delayed and rebooked with another airline and when we landed in country and could not find our transfer. Definitely will be using her on all of my future travel plans!
