The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and the selection is great. Becoming a Pro member makes buying here even better, and the membership is CHEAP.

My first time at the Airport Store. Alex, Sonny and Erika were extremely helpful. They had alot of patience for someone who did not know alot about certain game systems. I have gone there a few times and have heard them talk to other customers. Their customer service skills in this store and in the Saraland store is fantastic. I visit Saraland more than any and have never had any issues. Your team in these stores are fantastic. Thank you for a job well done. :-)

Mr. Bill took over the store and he’s so wonderful. Not only is he helpful; he keeps the store immaculately clean! Definitely the only GameStop I recommend actually going to.
