Contacted Garth on a COLD Sunday evening around 5:00 PM, my Mom had locked her keys in the vehicle while it was running. He arrived quickly and was so kind. Fair priced! Highly recommend!

We were panicked after accidentally locking our child in our running vehicle. Garth provided prompt and professional service, gaining access for us within minutes of arriving. When I went to pay, he advised he didn’t charge for emergencies involving a child in the car. We are very thankful to Garth and Decatur Locksmith and will be using and recommending them for all of our locksmith services in the future!

Only place I can get keys made for a Peterbilt semi. They have some neat stuff including safes, one of which looks museum worthy!

I locked myself out of my car at 6 p.m yesterday and they were out there in less than 20 minutes to save me. Not only did they get my keys from inside the vehicle (AND ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS) but he also let me know that they also can make copies of keys and told me where they were located so I went over today & got a valet key made for less than $6. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & HELPED IN A PINCH & FUTURE OOPSIES.

Called today around 1 pm about making a new key for our Jeep, which I had lost. Very friendly, professional, verified we actually own the vehicle, verified by followup text when someone would show up. He showed up on time, had a new key made in maybe 5 minutes. I highly recommrnd this company.

Can not express enough appreciation for having reasonable prices on key cutting and programming “car”. A dealership in town wanted $160 to program a key fob. “That’s after the $180 to buy the key” DLS did TWO keys i bought online for $60.

Had my own GM passkey and they were able to cut it for me. In and out for the ignition and door keys in less than 6 or 7 minutes.

Super service! Out of all the businesses I called he was one of 2 people that answered. All other had automated systems that requested your zipcode to determine if service was available in the area. Decatur Lockmaster arrived and had retrieved my key fast!
