I called Eldridge to come out and check my roof and they called me right back and sent Troy to meet us. Troy showed us the damage that needed to be repaired and helped us with our insurance claim. The process was seamless and the roof is gorgeous! You can tell that it looks nicer and thicker than some of the cheaper quality shingles you see on some houses. Troy’s extensive knowledge made us feel comfortable to work with them. From now on we will recommend Eldridge Roofing to EVERYONE we know!

Eldridge Roofing did a fantastic job on our new roof, gutters, and downspouts! Troy was exceptional! He gave us the addresses of houses that had the roofs we were interested in so we could visit them and make an informed decision. He worked with the insurance adjuster to make the project run smooth. The crew was fantastic. They took off and replaced a new roof in one day and the clean up with meticulous. Troy was on site for the entire job and talked to us through step-by-step, explaining everything ahead of time. He returned after the job was done to make sure we were satisfied. The crew all worked well together. They looked like they enjoyed each other, and had fun at their job. The entire experience was extremely positive! After the hail storm, Troy quickly responded and had the quote prepared, met with the insurance adjuster and then was with the crew for the entire removal and installation. My business required a weekend project with extra special attention to detail and exceptional clean-up after. They came through and the roof and property look great. I highly recommend Eldridge for any roofing needs you might have. They did an outstanding job replacing my roof and gutters. My moms' garage has needed some work for awhile , to say the least. Shingles old and curled. Rafters causing structural issues. I called numerous companies to give estimates. Troy and his crew were always available for my questions and concerns. He is a very kind man and deeply cares about doing a great job. They treated my mom and myself with much respect and kindness. He took the time to explain things step by step. Diane at the office was helpful with the estimate and other questions. A first rate local company.

Best service I have ever received from any type of service company, let alone a roofing related company. Very very professional. Job was scheduled on a Monday and completed the next day. It only took the crew one half of a day to completely finish the removal of the old roof, install the new roof and clean up spic & span! There was zero mess, no fuss and everything was perfect! I highly highly recommend Eldridge. They can take care of everything and they do. I was absolutely amazed at how wonderful of a job they did! After completipn, I immediately received lots of compliments from neighbors, family and friends on how beautiful our new roof, gutters & gutter guards look. There's absolutely no reason to check into any other roofing, siding, gutter installer. It would be an absolute waste of your time. I appreciate Drew’ help across the whole process. He was always responsive, let us know the next step and answered all our questions timely! He is so knowledgeable and always thinks for his clients. He gave us a quote, not the cheapest one but very reasonable. Based on our interaction with Drew, we decided to go with Eldridge because we trust Drew. The roof replacement crew did a good job, though one gutter was damaged and some gutter guards missed. Drew did not disappoint us! He scheduled appointments and had staff replaced the damaged gutter and the missing gutter guards! I highly recommend Drew to anyone who has to complete work on their roof! You will never be disappointed!!!

Great company. Joe did a great job managing the project. The price was fair. The crew was responsible and cleaned up the yard and driveway well before they left. The roof was done quickly and looks amazing. I will not hesitate to call them again if I ever need their services.

They are one of the oldest roofing companies in the area so I trust them and so do the insurance companies. My insurance company was glad I used the as well because they are one of the most reputable and long time roofer in the Rockford area. It was an all around smooth experience.

Eldridge roofing did my house and both my garages a few years ago and did a great job. Recently had a big branch fall on my house and poked a hole in the roof, I called Arvel the next day and he personally came out to assess the damage and repaired it within a couple of days.
